Nice place, the best... a comfortable place to stay.

In love with the view and very comfy

The unit itself is beautiful and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the overall guest experience could be improved with better coordination. Firstly, the check-in and check-out process lacks clear instructions. I highly recommend the host provide a comprehensive manual or digital guidebook covering parking access and procedures to avoid confusion upon arrival. Secondly, there is a significant language barrier with the on-site staff. Their limited English made communication difficult. It would be a great advantage if the management could employ staff who are proficient in Malay or have a better command of English to assist guests more effectively. Great potential here if the service guidance is refined!
