This Renovated, beach themed condo in the Oceanside Maui Sunset is shaded from the afternoon sun on the B side. Our rate includes the 19% state tax! 2 full bathrooms, a new 75" TV, stove, dwshr quartz counters and new thick futon mattresses and a high end queen in the bdrm. The view from the lanai is over the resort's grounds ( largest private pool in Kihei) & to the ocean. Concrete constructed units in this well managed complex private and safe. internet (196Mbps). Family Friendly!

The displayed cleaning fee of $250 encompasses all taxes, resort fees, and cleaning costs. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not allow these fees to be itemized separately.

The Luana Kai Resort is on the beach side of Kihei Road. It is withing walking distance of a county beach part, restaurants, and shops. This unit was recently remodeled. It includes a full size washer and dryer plus a three-zone ductless mini-split A/C (we do not charge for the A/C but excessive electricity use may result in a surcharge).
