Gazdă foarte primitoare și receptivă.

Excelent! Exact așa cum mă așteptam. Iar personalul, amabil, receptiv la solicitări, o mică problemă cu o scurgere la baie unde s-a intervenit instant și rezolvat în 15 minute, apoi repede a venit echipa de curățenie și a făcut curat unde s-a lucrat. Orice situație semnalată datorită folosirii locuinței în reprize de către chiriași a fost rezolvată instant. Curățenie, așternuturi si prosoape schimbate la 2-3 zile în funcție de cum stabilești cu gazda. Liniște, loc de petrecut seara în fața casei. Aer condiționat în fiecare cameră, excelent. Piscina, locul preferat al copiilor și al adulților pentru câteva ore de relaxare. Minunat!

We had an amazing time at Livia's place, even despite bed weather. Livia herself was incredibly friendly and very helpful, and the house is great - it's spacious and comfortable, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and has a lovely outdoor space with a patio and a swimming pool. We highly recommend it!

Great location, close to beach and lovely promenade. Well equipped and very quiet. Caprita was very helpful and was always available. Overall great value for money.

Super friendly, really helpful! Even helped us with a ride to the trainstation! Will probably stay there again!

Very friendly host , given us good recommendations about places to eat around town and about the beach . His place was very clean , and was exactly like he described in the pictures, location was close to the Techirghiol lake and to downtown. Our family enjoyed the place and we all had a great time .

Everything was amazing! The place is minutes away from the beach and walking distance to everything you might need. I really loved how much life the green garden has. Event though it was hot outside we felt just like in a Oasis at this place! The host was super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. I'll definitely come back! I would have liked to use the pool, but unfortunately it was not filled. We knew that before booking, though. Thanks again for having me!

A great near the beach villa that has all the amenities you may need. Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful view of the sea .The host is very nice and proactive in helping you achieve the most pleasant stay .I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Experiență extraordinară! Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare! Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și ospitalieră, asigurându-se că totul a fost perfect pe parcursul șederii noastre. Apartamentul este foarte curat, bine echipat și situat într-o zonă excelentă, aproape de toate atracțiile importante. Ne-am simțit foarte confortabil și am avut parte de toate facilitățile necesare pentru a ne face șederea plăcută. Recomand cu căldură această cazare și cu siguranță vom reveni data viitoare când vom fi în zonă. Mulțumim pentru tot!

Nous avons passé un très bon WE dans cette belle maison spacieuse. Nous étions 8 adultes et 11 enfants et nous avions de l’espace. Les chambres ont toutes leurs salles de bain privées. La pièce de vie est grande, le jardin est très bien et l’espace déjeuner dehors est top. La maison est mieux que sur les photos!

Our stay at Iancu's property was truly delightful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days filled with sun and sand so convenient. Iancu and his son, Costin, were both great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. In short, they are gracious hosts, always available and incredibly flexible with our needs, making us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an easy time navigating and enjoying the space. The access to beach umbrellas and chairs was the icing on the cake, making our beach days even more relaxing. We would happily stay at Iancu's property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachside retreat, or a stay in Constanta, esp. for those with kids and pets! Casa meravigliosa, arredata con molto gusto, rispecchia pienamente le foto. Ambienti puliti, ordinati e molto ampi, materassi comodissimi, bagni in ogni stanza dotati di tutto il necessario...mare a 5 minuti a piedi con stabilimenti e spiagge libere nelle vicinanze. Lucia è stata gentilissima e molto amichevole, pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Grazie di tutto...

V domě Daniely jsme strávili s rodinou celý týden. Ubytování nemáme, co vytknout. Dům je krásný, autentický a na velmi klidném místě s rozlehlou zahradou i venkovním posezením. Místo má svého ducha. K dispozici je plně vybavená kuchyň (myčka, mikrovlnná trouba, vařič, lednice, gril) i pračka. Všude je čisto a uklizeno. Je to skvělá základna pro výpravy k moři na pláž či za jinými aktivitami (mořské kajaky, potápění), které jsou v blízkém okolí (do 20 km) k dispozici. Toto ubytování můžeme s čistým srdcem všem doporučit a doufáme, že budeme mít příležitost se vrátit. Radka
