Holiday rentals with a patio in 3rd arrondissement

I did love that apartment really much: so spacious, private and fancy. All is clean, well maintained and decent. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the co-hosts are helpful and being always in touch. The location is on the hill but it's lovely surroundings

My wife and I highly recommend Sandra and Michel's apartment and will certainly be coming back if I we are lucky enough to return to Lyon in the future. Here's why: 1) The apartment is even nicer than we thought it would be. More spacious. Great AC. Super comfortable bed. Unbelievably quiet and peaceful. And that huge window that you see in the pictures bathes the entire apartment in the most beautiful sunlight. 2) The location is so much better than we realized! We knew very little about Lyon when we booked our stay, but after being there for 4 days, we were convinced that our little neighborhood was the best in Lyon thanks to the extraordinary views and gardens of the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, the close proximity to the ancient Roman theaters, and a lovely little neighborhood cafe. The only downside to the location is that all the shops are a 20-minute walk down (and then up!) a very steep hill. 3) Finally, Sandra and Michel were super helpful and responsive. The best!

Super logement, j’ai apprécié mon sé jour et je recommande ! Juste peut etre le manque de volet pour la chambre est un axe d’amélioration mais suffit d’un masque de sommeil et cela regle le probleme!

Moi et mes enfants avont passé un excellent séjour, nous n'avons manqué de rien dans l'appartement, et des hôtes réactifs et bienveillants, je recommande.

We booked a last minute booking with Robin and Brice and we were accommodated perfectly with speedy responses and great recommendations. The place was incredibly clean and a great price. It sits a 10min walk away along the river to the historic centre - perfect!

Les instructions d’arrivée et de séjour étaient claires. L’appartement est bien équipé et l’aménagement est bien pensé. Nous étions deux pour le séjour et la taille de l’appartement reste convenable. Nous nous sommes sentie en sécurité dans cet immeuble qui se trouve dans un quartier plutôt calme. Il a été très facile de se déplacer dans la ville par sa facilité d’accès (bus comme métro). L’hôte est réactive et n’hésite pas à se montrer disponible si besoin. Je recommande grandement ce logement qui était parfaitement adapté, tout en proposant un prix qui reste intéressant :)

Très bon weekend chez Emilie, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est chaleureux et fidèle à l'annonce. La communication était très facile :)

Logement superbe, très agréable dans un lieu paisible. Très propre, conforme aux descriptions. Hôte toujours très réactif et arrangeant, je recommande!

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

Vi nød vores dage i Marine's smukke lejlighed i Rochetaillée-sur-Saône. Smukke omgivelser og perfekt afstand til Lyon. Atmosfæren er fantastisk. Arkitekturen, den smagfulde og originale indretning, dekoration og valget af farver i de smukke rum er helt unik. Balsam for sjælen. Vi nyder at udforske gode restauranter, ligeså meget som vi elsker at købe ind lokalt og kokkerere "hjemme" — så lejlighedens virkelige fuldt udstyrede køkken var for os en særlig positiv "gave". Den direkte adgang fra køkkenet til den lille hyggelige patio udenfor er skøn og ugenert — også selvom den er en del af en fælles gård med privat parkering. Lejligheden er med sine lidt stejle svævende trapper ikke egnet til små børn, men netop trapperne er med til at give en fantastisk indramning af rum, skabe smukke perspektiver og naturlige atmosfæreskift fra etage til etage. Vi glæder os meget til at komme tilbage, så snart vi igen er på de kanter af Frankrig. Stor tak til Marine for en super gæstfrihed.

Très bon accueil de la hôte Amandine pour une nuit dans ce jolie logement, très agréable, paisible et calme. Amandine est très sympathique, et réactive avec une excellente communication, je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rémi. Le Loft est très agréable même à 11 personnes et un bébé car spacieux avec un plus, un petit jardin très sympa et ombragé. Et Rémi a toujours répondu à nos demandes avec rapidité et gentillesse. Le top: Les commerces et le bus sont à 2 pas ( boulangerie bonne et pas chère !!!)

Très bel accueil, logement parfait pour un petit week-end au calme dans la région lyonnaise. On y retrouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

La chambre très propre et l’hôte Andrea magnifique très sympa dans un appartement qui ne manque de rien. Je vous le recommande absolument.

Très belle appartement dans le coeur de la croix rousse. Fidèle à la description. Rebecca nous à très bien expliqué le le fonctionnement et comme personne ne fut attendue après nous elle a été flexible pour le checkout (même si on en a pas eu besoin) Je recommande

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis, l'appartement était spacieux, les lits confortables et un joli quartier paisible avec des commerces à proximité, tout était top!!

Studio avec arrivée autonome, facile d'accès, agréable, petit mais bien agencé, petite terrasse très sympathique au petit déjeuner. Boulangeries à 15 mn à pieds. Grand parc très ombragé à 100 m du logement.

Nous avons résidés à six dans ce logement. C'était une très belle expérience. Judith est très sympathique et accueillante. Le logement est super, très beau, très agréable et dans un bel environnement. Tout est propre et impeccable. Je recommande chaudement ce logement.
