Smoking friendly holiday rentals in 4th arrondissement

We had an idyllic stay in this property. Everything was perfect from A to Z. The people who welcomed us were lovely and are at our beck and call if we need them. If we go back to Marseille, we'll stay at Prune's 😉

Lea's apartment is very warm and you feel good there. The accommodation is well placed and complete. Léa is a very good host, very responsive and she advised us on many good places. Thank you Léa, we had a very good week.

Perfect small apartment for a few nights away. Great location near to lively bars and restaurants. But still super quiet in the apartment. Felt secure and matched description. Only thing to note, it was super hot in the apartment, but there is a good fan!

Had a great time at Ouisam's! The apartment was very clean, well-appointed and as advertised. Ouisam was particularly attentive, available and responsive to any questions. We immediately feel comfortable at home. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and worry-free stay!☀️☀️☀️☀️

Very nice apartment next to Saint Charles. The south facing balcony is great for breakfast. Rooms are good and everything was clean. Very close to the city center. Tea and coffee was offered.

Apartment in its original state, functional and well located. Matches the photos. Communication with Marie was easy.

Very clean apartment upon arrival. Access through the waiting room of the medical office is quite confusing and can make you feel uncomfortable. Please note that the patio is not really independent, it is connected to the adjoining studio, so do not leave personal belongings there when you are not there or at night. Many small touches for the newcomers (cookies, sweets, coffee, tea). Denise is very responsive as well as the person in charge of the household.

Lise is adorable and we had a great time in l 'Estaque! The accommodation is charming, close by car to some nice swimming spots and especially again, we loved the meeting with Lise, see you next time with great pleasure!

A real pleasure to stay here! The accommodation is impeccable, cozy, carefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. You feel good from the first minutes, like in a small cocoon in the heart of Marseille. The location is ideal for discovering the beautiful creeks – a breathtaking natural setting, easily accessible from the accommodation.

Wonderful location and perfect size space for a week in Marseille. The garden and it’s pétanque court were a real gem. Jean-Mathieu and his partner were terrific hosts and have the city dialed in should you need advice.

Wonderful location directly overlooking the beach sea 1 minute away. Very nice seawater pool, very large terrace, shaded garden, bbq, pizza oven. Shops and restaurants nearby, old port accessible with the sea shuttle from the port of Pointe Rouge. The cabin is nice, amazing sea view from the kitchen/living room. Books about local history and the calanques. Large master bedroom with storage. children's room ok with bunk bed. Roland is very good advice and very nice, he lent us a paddle board, beach towels etc! we'll be back

5 mins to the beach. It’s a very nice spot to sit by the water and enjoy. Host was there to greet us, walk us up and show the apartment.

Sylvain's apartment was just perfect for my 1 week stay in Marseille. It is cute little gem and got everything you need. I loved coming "home" to this place after a long day of exploring Marseille and beaching. The location is very central...10 minutes walk to Vieux Port and Quartier des Createurs with a lot of nice bars and cool Secondhand shops, several bus lines just infront of the house that bring you to the beaches of Marseille, a Carrefour City and the cute cafe Bernie just around the corner. When coming back to Marseille (and I will surely do so), I will definitely rebook Sylvain's place.

We had a great stay at Stéphane's, a very welcoming, caring and attentive host who recommended a great restaurant. Very clean accommodation that met our expectations. We'll be happy to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. The accessibility to town and the beaches was fantastic and the view from the balcony, magical. We enjoyed the ability to have some drinks and enjoy meals with such a spectacular view that you do not get from the heart of town. Anne was a great host and we very much appreciated her accommodating an early check in, we had a vehicle and arrived on a very busy Friday for the city that resulted in little to no parking anywhere nearby, if not for Anne helping us gain access to the private parking for the property, we would have likely been driving around for hours. Would definitely stay again next time in Cassis!
