Experience luxury with this spacious accommodation combining the character of the old and the comfort of the contemporary. Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment in an ideal location with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included. Baby crib possible. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Maison "Palettes" : un petit duplex pour vous accueillir, avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle ( four, four à micro-onde, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle...). Un escalier part de "l'entrée des artistes", puis à l'étage, nous sommes dans la chambre "Suzanne Valladon", peintre qui résida non loin d'ici. 0ù art et art de vivre se retrouvent dans une ambiance cosy ! Superb apartment, free parking, 15 min from the center

Modern apartment (2021) for 4 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Perrache train station and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car, I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100 m), allowing easy access to the whole city. In the neighborhood, there are many small restaurants with Neapolitan, African and Vietnamese cuisine.
