I rent my whole apartment in an ancient typical building in Marseille. It is located in the city center, in the corner of Boulevard Eugène Pierre and Rue Horace Bertin. Very quiet, luminous (oriented east and south), 4th and last floor, no lift. The room has one bed and the saloon has a convertible sofa. 4 persons can sleep and live in my place. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment, TV with international channels, WiiU... You have everything to cook in the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, oven, gas hotplates, microwave) but also a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It is 100 meters from the tramway line T1 (Eugène Pierre station), 10 minutes walk from the Metro line M2 (Notre Dame du Mont station), 15 minutes walk to join the "Vieux Port of Marseille" (famous "old harbor"). My neighborhood is full of stores like bakeries, butcher, wine, supermarket (50 meters from my place), grocery... There is also a bike station "Le vélo" in the corner of my street.
