Holiday rentals with a patio in 5th district of Budapest

Just wonderful for 50K HUF, we used it for videos for music, nice lights, 2 toilett, crazy view. I'd recommend it:)

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Attila hat uns immer bestens informiert und die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zentral gelegen und mittendrin. Und eine Sache ist uns überaus positiv aufgefallen: Obwohl es so zentral ist, ist es nachts ganz ruhig. Das Fenster zeigt zum Innenhof und man hört gar nichts von der Stadt. Und es gibt einen Rolladen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

It was a great location, lots of things in walking distance. The apartment was perfect for what we needed- nice and clean. The host was great with recommendations and communicated instructions on how to access the apartment.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an incredibly spacious, light-filled living space that exudes comfort and modern luxury. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and huge windows create a truly stunning atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and inviting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. There were candles, fruit and wine on arrival and our hosts could not have done more to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There is a little balcony that overlooks a really pretty street below that is full of so many bars and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. This apartment is an absolute gem—luxurious, convenient, and truly one-of-a-kind. We loved it so much we have already booked our next stay! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Budapest gehabt, in der äußerst schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. So detailreich und stilbewusst hatte ich noch nie eine airbnb Wohnung gehabt! Zudem ist sie in live noch viel viel schöner 🫶🏼 Schon allein den beiden Gastgebern müsste man 12/10 Sternen geben. Denn solche gastfreundlichen und Entgegenkommenden Gastgeber hab ich in meinen airbnb Jahren noch nie erlebt. Schon allein dafür lohnt es sich diese Wohnung zu buchen. Und das Geld ist jeden Cent wert. Auch das stetige Bemühen, das ein früherer Check in möglich ist war großartig. Ich kommen definitiv wieder zurück wenn es heißt: eine Reise nach Budapest. Wir sind hin und weg 🥰🫶🏼

Мы остались очень довольны . Квартира даже лучше чем на фото. Хозяин позаботился о мелочах и это очень приятно . Есть все необходимое, утюг ,фен, сушилка, стиральная машина и даже парашоа для стирки. На кухне есть вся техника и даже мелочи такие как соль и растительное масло, чего обычно так нехватает когда хз очень приготовить завтрак)) Также был чай и кофе )) В ванной также было все необходимое ,гель для душа ,шампунь и даже кондиционер для волос и зубная паста 🌞 Хозяин очень трепетно относится к своим гостям и оставил зонт и дождевики)) Ну и самое важное это удобный кровать и чистота! В квартире было очень чисто! коммуникация тоже великолепна , вы быстро получите ответы на все вопросы и даже больше ) Мы очень рекомендуем это жилье и наше пребывание было отличным ! Спасибо

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, μεγάλος χώρος για δύο άτομα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική καθώς από κάτω ακριβώς είχε στάση λεωφορείου (και γραμμή αεροδρομίου), μετρό αλλά και τραμ. Πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την κεντρική αγορά (5’ με τα πόδια) και κοντά στο κέντρο και σε αξιοθέατα. Ευχάριστη εμπειρία συνολικά. Θα το πρότεινα

Oh this place. We loved every second. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and comfy. The balcony and the view is to die for. Gabor was so kind. Place is easy to find, WiFi is good, kitchen has everything you need - we would love to come back another time! Thank you.

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, bez zarzutu. Pobyt bardzo udany. Należy uważać wpisując adres w google maps, ponieważ w Budapeszcie są dwie ulice o tej samej nazwie.

Szilvia ist eine super Gastgeberin. hilfreich, nett und freundlich. die Unterkunft war für 12 Personen (JGA) genau richtig. Szilvia hat sogar für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen gesorgt und ein Teil unserer Gruppe durfte länger als geplant bleiben, da der Flieger später ging. Danke Szilvia für Alles!

The place is amazing and very quiet, with the convenience of on-site parking and easy entry. A real highlight is the small back garden with a terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. While one of the beds squeaks a little, it's a minor issue.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

Чудове помешкання і чарівні господарі! Це місце ідеально підходить для сімей з дітьми - дуже чисто, меблі і зручності в ідеальному стані, є всі зручності для маленьких дітей і іграшки. Мої діти одразу по приїзду почали гратися на подвір'ї (гойдалки і батут). Сходи на другий поверх широкі і зручні, моя дитина 3 років самостійно безпечно спускалася і піднімалася. Господарі були дуже люб'язні і допомогли вирішити всі питання. При нагоді будемо раді сюди повернутися.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Eine sehr schöne, neue, blitzsaubere Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einer sehr schönen Umgebung von Budapest. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants, Bars, 5 min. zu Fuß ein großer Einkaufszentrum, die Innenstadt innerhalb kürzester Zeit gut erreichbar. Perfekt für Budapest. Einchecken super einfach, die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsreich, wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder (und nicht nur wir, im Freundeskreis haben wir die Wohnung auch schon empfohlen).

Wir ( Paar 55+ )waren eine Woche in Budapest. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hatte einen schönen Balkon zum Innenhofgarten. Es war ruhig obwohl man in der City war. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben dort bestens geschlafen. Die Kommunikation war 1A!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.....vielleicht bis bald.

Great location! Easy to walk to all interesting tourist spots. Great view of Parliament House. The apartment was extremely comfortable with shutters which blocked the noise and light out which makes for a peaceful sleep. Access to washing machine and dryer helps with longer stays. Local area had a supermarket, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. When we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay here!

Gábor & his wife were extremely kind and responsive! They were flexible with check in and check out, even waking up before 6 just to get to the apartment so I could check out for an early flight. They personally handed me the keys and showed me the apartment, and everything was as listed. The apartment is gated so my friend and I felt safe and secure. Would stay again if in Budapest in the future!

A szállás nagyon családias, szép rendezett és csendes környéken volt. A hely tiszta volt, és a konyha is felszerelt főzésre is alkalmas. A sarkon van egy Spar, illetve közelben van egy metró megálló szóval minden adott. Ajánlom mindenkinek szívesen.

We had a blast at Zhu’s apartment! It was spacious, close to lots of points of attraction, a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. We walked almost everywhere from there, which makes it a great housing option for those who want to explore the city by foot. The place was clean, we had all the necessities there and Zhu was very responsive & easy to talk to.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The AC and blackout shades were a lifesaver, they helped us and our kids sleep soundly after long days of walking. We also enjoyed the pool 🙂 Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional airbnb.

Tha apartment is very confortable, and offers everything. I stayed for 20 days, and I really appreciated that all the rooms are really fully furnished. The host even provides extra products normally not found when one rents. This includes bathroom products like handcream, facemask, bodylotion, shampooo etc.; kitchen products like tea, coffee, chocolates, salt, sugar, spices; desk products like pens, pins etc. so one does not have the stress of having to buy things forgotten at home. Water is drinkable. The instruction provided by Eva are super clear. She is very kind and ready online to answer to any question. I arrived late in the night and she stayed awake to be sure the check in was smooth, which was. The apartment is newly restored, and very rational in its structure. Bed and mattress are comfy, perfect temperature. In the night, it is possible to make full darkness in the room. The central location is also great. I would definetely chose to stay at Eva's place again.
