The house has been restored by the owner using recycled items and woods cut in the forrest. So it has a very artistic touch,and handmade feeling. You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. La casa fue construido por la duena usando materiales recicladas y maderas cortadas en su propio bosque . A si que da un toque muy personal artistico . El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

Independent loft apartment, close to Santiago de Compostela (10 kms) and the airport (20 kms). It is in a small rural nucleus, a quiet area and surrounded by vegetation where you can disconnect from the routine. In front, the Camino de Santiago passes towards Finisterre. 5 km from Pontemaceira, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, it owes its name to the bridge built over the Tambre river in the 12th century, taking advantage of the pillars of an earlier Roman bridge.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
