Location location location! Definitely the right place to stay to be walking distance from the historic center of Santiago de Compostela. The apt was very spacious and everything looked as the pictures. Ester was very welcoming and provided local recommendations when asked. Great place overall!!

From the moment we arrived at the apartment we felt right at home. Santi and Rocío were watching over us at all times. The place is beautiful, super cozy, very clean and with incredible facilities. We'll be back soon.

Great location and excellent service

The house and setting are wonderful. It's a very large house, well decorated and equipped, with spectacular views. It takes very little time to get to downtown Santiago from there, by car or bus. Javier is an excellent host, very attentive and kind. We spent a few dreamy days, which leave us with a beautiful and unforgettable memory. Thank you for everything, Javier

A good place to stay if you want peace and quiet. It is secluded from everything but close to the most touristy areas. the house is very spacious, clean and with everything you need (and more) a nice garden and pool.

The apartment is impeccable and is very comfortable. The development comes with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The location is excellent for visiting the Island of La Toja and to get to know the entire Rías Baixas area, which is beautiful. Great value for the money, the price is great for the location. In addition to having very easy access, it is a 3-minute walk from the Marina and next to Casco Vello and the city center. No matter the schedule, the location is very convenient (especially for me, who had a stroller and needed easy access to the city. Although the entrance to the building has stairs, there is an elevator inside, which is of great help. Cesar was very helpful when I needed help and responded very quickly to my messages. The space is completely renovated and decorated with great care and good taste. Alexa is integrated with the whole house and, despite not having air conditioning, the house is equipped with top-notch appliances, such as a Dyson fan and heaters. The sofa bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is complete and impeccable, with a good space to prepare some meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.
