The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

It is located in the center of Aachen, approx. 5–7 minutes walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km by car or 20–30 minutes walk through beautiful city park. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including Wi-Fi, multilingual TV programs, and a terrace. Parking by arrangement.

The very quiet apartment in decorative vintage furnishings has a living room with dining area, office, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet and balcony (about 60 m²). It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac opposite the Karman auditorium of the University of RWTH Aachen, very central location, 5 minutes' walk to the market square, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafes and cultural offerings.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
