The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Relax alone or with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Within the walls of one of the oldest and most beautiful medieval villages in Sabina, the Nido welcomes its guests with a double bed, kitchenette, mini fridge and bathroom with shower. A lovely wooden staircase leads to a small loft with a mattress that can accommodate a third guest. Perfect for a romantic weekend within walking distance of Castello Sforza Cesarini, but also the ideal base for visiting the Rieti area.
