Secluded chalet on a quiet family farm

The chalet is a private, secluded and rustic place with plenty parking beside it for other Airbnb guests. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove with free firewood. It is situated half way between Stonehaven (10mins) and Aberdeen (20mins), there are supermarkets nearby & many tourist attractions. Ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, cot available. Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
