Ever stayed in a shipping-container renovated into a self contained unit (or ‘donga’ as we call them in the NT)? Why not give it a try! It has only previously been used for travelling family but its too good not to share with Airbnb guests. The space is fully equipped for your stay with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Only 30 minutes drive from Darwin City and around an hour from Litchfield National Park. 5 mins to shops. Ashita and her husband were fantastic hosts—very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. I felt right at home and enjoyed freely using the kitchen and other facilities. Their place is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located just a short walk from the bus stop. Highly recommended—I’d happily stay again!

We had a lovely time in Sharon’s bungalow on Lake Bennett. This is one of the smaller cabins available, with only one bedroom, but there is heaps of outdoor space - including a huge carport with bonus second table. The bungalow has a very comfortable balcony overlooking the lake - an excellent vantage point for viewing canoeists and swimmers. The accommodation comes with multiple canoes / kayaks available to use.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Jess & Tom's studio for nearly a week. Located under the main house with a small outdoor space to use. As the weather was cool in the morning, we found this a great space to enjoy with a coffee before starting the day and then again in the evening after the warm day to cool down. Bathroom is spacious and airy; kitchen is easy for quick meals, and the bed is comfortable. As there is no tv or Wi-Fi, we found this a great way to do a digital detox. Jess and Tom are just lovely and very helpful.
