This house is perfectly located to all the nearby amenities, the lake is at your back door and the beach is just across the road. You are in walking distance to the shop there are numerous restaurants and pubs nearby. Lots of water activities on the lake and on the sea. This house is spacious with a shed out the back which can be used to store surfboards etc. Picnic bench and BBQ area, perfect for family's.

It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 double/single), living room, kitchen, bathroom, shed with lock, private driveway and a large rear garden.
