I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful decor and a very clean, well-maintained space. It felt peaceful and quiet throughout my stay, making it perfect for relaxation. The housekeeper was a great help and always available to assist if needed, adding an extra layer of comfort. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book this place again when visiting Oman. Highly recommend!

We had a very good time (7 days) in this typical Oman house. It is really a big house with many living- and sleepingrooms. With a car it is possible to see all the important attractions around Nizwa. You can cook big meals in the kitchen after shopping in several supermarkets in Nizwa. Our host was very friendly and helpfull and the communication with him and his family was excellent. We can recommend this accommodation!

The accommodation is in a stunning location with a beautiful view. We stayed for just one night, but I can easily imagine spending two weeks here, combining remote work with exploring the surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we could order dinner from the host – it was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and every room had a great view.

House exactly as described. Very spacious and with the plus of the pool in the house. Muneer immediately shared the message directions and was always available. He was in front of the house at the time of check-in. There is the bare minimum. (4 towels in 7, 2 coffee pods, no toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc.) we only stayed one night but for longer stays better equipped first because it is away from the supermarket. Very quiet location, quite close to Nizwa.

The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Son of the owner gave us a warm welcome from the gate of the farm. Everyone in the farm house is very helpful. The owner assisted us with our additional concerns like dinner, breakfast plus a surprise cake which is late notice. Our group highly recommend the place and we actually wanted to go back.

This place was absolutely wonderful! We were never bored (family friendly) with so much to do and all in the privacy of your own home. We played on the soccer fields, billiards and swam nearly everyday. The location was great, just 10 minutes from all the main attractions and shopping. Jabal Akhdhar was about an hour away (we had visited before coming here). I really loved Nizwa, it had such a different feel compared to Muscat. The people in Oman are incredibly kind and always willing to help, so you never feel alone or stuck. This host was especially helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. There was even someone on-site (lived a few houses down) who regularly asked if we needed anything. The hospitality was truly unmatched! I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs before, but this was by far the most attentive host I’ve had.

A Hidden Gem in Nizwa Muqazza! We had a wonderful stay at Hut Cottage — perfect for a small family. The design was stunning, with a cozy layout and authentic charm. The private swimming pool, small fruit garden, and breathtaking mountain view made it truly special. The place was safe and secure, with respectful local Omani neighbors who were kind enough to guide us to the location. Peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for a relaxing escape. Highly recommended!

Place is located in a great location with an awesome view over the mountains. Host very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to stay and will definitely be coming back.

Thank you for showing us that there’s still hope in this world with that being said, for everyone who is booking this Airbnb, Ahmed showed us from lunch until midnight every possible spot. He did not charge anything. He even refused to take our gifts for him and his family this shows what kind of personality they have. The Airbnb itself was wonderful, mashallah. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

Very nice house in the modern style, perfect with children. They really enjoyed the pool (but cold water… despite the ambient heat…) as well as the ping pong table. Relax on the rooftop terrace at sunset! The location is in the suburbs of nizwa, a 20-minute drive to the souk. For shopping, the closest is an 8-minute drive.

Great Stay in Nizwa, Khalid is good host, apartment is very near to nizwa fort, bottom of apartment there is supermarket, apartment furniture is nice and having all kitchen equipment, There is private car parking as well, Overall very good experience

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

This is a large property in Saiq, Jebel Al Akhdar providing private accommodation in this very special village in the mountains. We were very well looked-after by Muntaser who showed us around the stunning landscape and local villages including Al Aqor, Wadi Bani Habib and Al Suwgra (now an exclusive boutique hotel clinging to the mountainside where your baggage has to be transported via zipwire across the valley). He kindly drove our car from place to place so that we could do as little or as much exploring on foot as we wished. His experience of driving on the insanely steep off-road tracks was invaluable - despite the Nissan Patrol being a very capable 4x4, I would have been too nervous to do this myself! The most special treat was being invited for قهوة (coffee) which was a great honour appreciated by the whole family. Thank you Saif!
