Room 1 does require stairs! There are not tons of stairs and there are railings.

Cozy 1-bedroom with exquisite attention to detail!

This unique place has a style all its own. This is a newly renovated home with lots of family history from multiple generations. Located less than a mile from exit 76 on I-80 right between Des Moines and Omaha, this home acts as a peaceful middle ground away from the hustle and bustle while still being stylish and extremely comfortable. This home is great for a couples getaway, visiting family, or needing a restful place to stay for work!

Schafer's Apartments have four 2-bedroom fully furnished apartments. They are rustically decorated and are extra accommodations for our wedding venue guests. Each unit comfortably sleeps 4 people. We are located in Adair, IA - about 40 minutes from West Des Moines and just over an hour from Omaha.
