Casa Simona is an elegantly restored, over a hundred years old, detached country house. From its three exclusive terraces you can enjoy fantastic ocean and mountain views. A true colonial oasis dotted with aquamarine. This house is within a gated plot of over 20,000 square meters with three other vacation rental houses, the closest one is thirty meters away. It has a swimming pool and laundry room shared with the property's other three houses. This stone house with spectacular views is over a hundred years old but has been converted into a modern and functional apartment that is totally independent, within a closed plot of over 20,000 meters where you can walk. On the plot there are three other independent vacation rental houses that only share the pool and laundry, the nearest house is thirty meters away so you will enjoy total privacy.

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. Enjoy the sun and the shade, work with the house open, dive into the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk on the beach, cook without haste... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
