Leonard's place is very private. It's in an excellent neighborhood; It's close to the airport, to the mall, and it has some quality restaurants around. Leonard responded very quickly to our needs and he was very flexible about checkout time.

Leonel is the greatest Host. This place was just amazing to be at and was so spacious. This place is in the center of a lot of areas to eat and have fun. The spot also has a pool and a bar where you can host your events which is so amazing! I met some wonderful people through Leonel! He is responsive and helpful. Man, This is THE place to be

We stayed at Autumn Terrace for about 2 weeks and the location was very convenient for us with local shops, cafe and restaurant 2mins walk away. The waiting time for Uber never took more than a few minutes with less traffic on the main road. Security were always polite and very vigilant at the apartment which made us feel even more safe as it was 24hrs. The downfall was the electricity which went off a few times but there is a generator that kicks in a few seconds after the lights go off. Given that we were new to the area.. Kk who is the contact/ host was a great help and was always easily assesible. He made it easier for us to settle in with quick solutions and good service at all times. The location is also a stone throw away from the popular Mangoes and grill restaurant which became a frequest place for breakfast lunch and dinner (good for those who dont plan to cook). All in all the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and we had a very comfortable stay. Hot water was available everyday. there is a pool too to cool off if needed🤗

I enjoyed my stay! Edenam is a really great hostess! She made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay super comfortable. The location is unmatched if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the noisy parts of Accra. Room was super tidy, amenities were on point and the hostess was available via phone to help with anything else I needed. Meals from her restaurant were also delicious! This was a 10/10 experience for me! I loved it!

It was so lovely staying at Charliz homes, couldn't wish for more! The place was easy to locate, very peaceful and beautiful street and surroundings. The house itself was spotless and clean. Comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen was fully furnished with equipment for any meal we wanted to prepare and bathrooms were fresh and sparkling clean as well. The boys loved the space too! Akosua was an excellent host and very helpful. The entire family loved our stay! I will definitely recommend Charliz homes for anyone travelling to Accra.

It is a lot nicer than the pictures show It’s a serviced accommodation and quality equipments. I will be visiting the area every month or every 6 months and this is where I will stay for those visits from now on. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Really five star rating.

Good and quiet place perfect place to escape the noise

My friends and I had a great time at this place. Abbey had an assistant named Solo who helped us with almost everything from airport pick up to transportation around town on most days to chores and also getting food. The house was tidy before we got there. There were instructions all over the house and all the appliances were labelled which made it easy for us. There is a shop nearby where we shopped and managed to cook our local food. The only difficulty I would say is the place is a bit far from where we usually hang out which is OSU but overall, great place, with a great ambiance, amazing neighbors, and a great neighborhood. I would love to return on my next visit.

I had a good experience at Tagma’s spot during my time in Accra. It’s an affordable and very safe location. The rooms are as pictured. Although I had a couple of problems with the wifi connection and electricity, they were solved swiftly with the send of a message and John’s help at the front desk. I’d certainly recommend this spot if you’re planning a visit to the East Legon/Adjiringanor area.

Awesome place. Just as in the pictures. Very neat space in a safe environment. Home away from home I must say. Host at your service 24/7. Just send a text and you’re sorted. For the price, it seems too good to be true 😊. Definitely visiting again.! Will definitely recommend this apartment anyday.
