we had a great time at this charming place, clean, spacious house with a big terrace surrounded by grapes, beautiful view, friendly hosts, everything you can wish for when on vacation. highly recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. There are several small markets and a grocery store nearby if you want to cook and several good restaurants and coffeeshops if you don't. There is a desk that looks out on the backyard it's nice if you need to work while you are there.

Locuința foarte frumoasă și bine amenajată, locația liniștită și cu acces ușor la toate serviciile, cafenele, supermarket… Gazda, Vergilia, este foarte primitoare și receptivă. M-am simțit ca acasa! Mulțumesc

Отличное расположение – рядом магазины, кафе и общественный транспорт. Хозяева были внимательны и всегда на связи. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь снова и рекомендую всем!

het huis ligt iets van een grote weg in een hofje. De binnenplaats heeft een prachtige walnotenboom waardoor er steeds schaduw is. het huis is super fijn

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautifully kept apartment! The apartment has been newly renovated and everything looks brand new. The location is prime for walking or using public transportation. It is located in historic part of the city . It felt like we were living in a piece of history—peaceful, timeless, and rich with character. The space was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown,shops and restaurants. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The kitchen was well-stocked , and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for both work and streaming. One small note: the parking area is a bit tight, so keep that in mind if you’re driving a larger vehicle. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chisinau

This home is lovely, especially the second floor veranda with a bed. You can sleep under the roof with a walnut tree, and watch the sun rise over the lake. I loved the grapes growing. It is a nice size property with garden or nut tree on three sides of the house. The house has a built in wood stove (petchka). The toilet is outside in an outhouse, and bath is a small tub with a shower head. If the running water is down for service, there is a backup well. The house is gated with a strong solid metal gate. Very secure and private. Walking to the center mini-mart and magazine takes about 15-25 minutes on a mostly flat road. You can see cows grazing. The lake is a 2 foot deep swamp, so only the most adventurous will swim. A great place for those who love the country life. Finally, Stanislav is a great landlord. He is kind, understanding, and very helpful. Any time I had a question, he responded promptly. I'm grateful to have met him.

Amazing house and host, everything was exactly as said in the description. Iuri was kind and provided us with wood for the sauna and directions to the local restaurants. The sauna and pool combination was great and there was also a piano we could play. All in all, one of the best locations to stay for a group of friends.

Nice place to stay, right of the main street (but still a quiet place). About a 10 minute walk from on of the central parks, 1 minute to the central market. Host was very easy to communicate with and had good recommendations.
