Villa holiday rentals in Adriatic Sea

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

We had a wonderful stay at pierre luigis home. It looks just like the pictures and is a very homey, relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need on hand. We loved the porch and its view and enjoyed the o of the hot tub. Great location to explore surrounding towns! Had a great time!

Amazing property, great area, perfect

The Apraos Studio was amazing - settled right on the beach! The sound of the waves put us to sleep each night and we were able to relax with a coffee on the patio in the morning. The bathroom and kitchen were a tad small but it added to the charm of a cozy cottage by the sea. Maria was delightful and provided some great recommendations - 10/10 would stay again!

Ideal suite for those who want to escape from the city and immerse themselves in the greenery of the Marche. The design of the structure is well-finished and suitable for every comfort. The central pool is the highlight of the house, the view of the hills is the crowning glory.

My family of six adults and a toddler had the most wonderful stay at Mato’s Mlini home. It was perfect—close to Dubrovnik yet with the relaxed charm of ocean life. The villa had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. We spent our days by the pool, sharing meals at the outdoor table and laughing late into the night over card games. The space was private, with breathtaking Adriatic views, and just a short stroll to the ocean, a bakery, and a convenience store. Our favorite day? Renting a boat to explore the blue cave and nearby beaches. Morning runs along the long boardwalk were a treat, and the toddler loved playing in the parks—especially the pedal cars with a built-in slide! Maybe that was more for me and my husband. Mlini had good restaurants and cocktail bars, but the surprise highlight was walking to the abandoned hotels at sunset. Mato was an incredible host, always ready to help, and I wholeheartedly recommend his home!

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable. My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

We had an amazing stay at this stunning house! The property is incredibly luxurious, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that gives it a truly exclusive feel. The pool was a highlight – perfectly maintained and offering breathtaking views over the bay of Makarska. The entire house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were extremely helpful, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Definitely a place we recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandra's place in Slano. She was a wonderful host who had great recommendations and was responsive to our questions and needs. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The location was beautiful and peaceful in May. We appreciated being in the village that had restaurants, but was quieter than the larger cities. We had a truly memorable stay at this stunning villa. The views were breathtaking, and the villa itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. Doris, our host, was exceptional—so attentive and welcoming. She greeted us with bubbly and homemade pastries and even gave our daughters lovely gift bags when we left. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub on the top floor offered amazing views across the bay—such a peaceful spot to unwind. We also enjoyed the 30-minute hike from the villa to Fortica Fortress. It’s a bit of a climb but well worth it for the panoramic views over Omiš and the Adriatic. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly escape with a personal touch. Thank you, Doris, for such a special experience!

Beautiful villa in the heart of Puglia!!!!! Clean, spacious, perfect location. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy during the day and night. Just 15 minutes from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare - super convenient. Tiziana (host) was extremely helpful and responsive when needed. Would highly recommend this place!!!

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.

Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

Immaculate place! We chose this location as a central base for many day trips in the region (Rovinj, Motovun, Pula, Ljubljana, Trieste) and it was perfect! Would highly recommend!

Modern villa with a nice pool and outdoor area. We spent a week in this beautiful villa. The villa is very well and modernly equipped and was spotlessly clean. Tanja is an excellent host and was available at any time if we had any questions. Would highly recommend!

Marija greeted us personally and showed us everything. When we arrived, everything we needed was there. She even took care of meals. 🥰 We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much!☺️ Due to the surrounding wall, we were able to let our dog run freely and even found a few turtles in the wonderful garden :) We have been working on the many possibilities in and around the house. We have designed the evenings as barbecue, pizza, whirlpool or game evenings. ✨ For further activities, a car is definitely useful, so that the numerous beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping can be reached :) We had very nice and friendly contact with Marija, who helped us with any questions and we can highly recommend her house! ☺️ Thank you Marija🫶🏻
