Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Σχεδιασμένη με σχολαστική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ώστε να παρέχει ευκολία, άνεση και την ίδια στιγμή, ηρεμία και διακριτική πολυτέλεια. Η σουίτα μας έχει συνολική μέγεθος 70 τμ. και περιλαμβάνει μικρή ιδιωτική πισίνα στη βεράντα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά και έχει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και στον κόλπο των Αργινοντών.

House Christo Room 4

This room in the house Christo by the sea has no direct sea view. But it is only a few steps to the small beach, our seats with barbecue area by the sea with sunset. It is simple/traditional, functional. Modern chic is elsewhere. Available are: refrigerator, kettle, toaster, two-burner stove and cooking utensils. In calm weather, our guests can use 2 kayaks (by arrangement). There is no television (except from the beach to the sea).

Villa Amalia

Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

Vouliagmeni - The Local

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Βουλιαγμένης, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα. The house is located in a magical place with firs, cherry trees, pomegranate trees, chestnut trees, walnut trees and a stream. It is built with a lot of love and respect for the space it is in with nature-based functions. It is aimed at people who want to escape the daily routine of the city and find themselves in a paradise, feeling that they are a part of nature.
