It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Cumbalı taş evimiz 55 m2 kapalı alan 100 m2'den fazla kendine ait bahçesi ve ilave olarak da ortak kullanılan otopark ve meyve sebze bahçesi ile özellikle iki kişi ya da küçük ailelerin rahatça konaklayabilmesi için tasarlanmıştır. Gün boyu evimizin hemen hemen her yerinden Ege denizi manzarasının keyfini sürebilir; açık hava mutfağımızda bahçeden topladığınız sebzelerle hazırladığınız salata ve mangal eşliğinde ağaçlar altında enfes manzara ile akşam yemeğinin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Dünyadan uzak, Derya’ya yakın köy evinden hallice içi dışı taş doğa ile iç içe, bahçesinde asırlık zeytin ağaçları olan bir yer. Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
