This house, which is completely made of natural materials, is 1+1 and it has its own independent entrance, its own private gazebo, shower-toilet, kitchen, barbecue and necessary equipment so that you can experience the comfort of your own home. You can of course benefit from other common facilities of the campus outside your home.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, seating area (3 seater sofa bed), open kitchen and balcony, and 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
