The property is part of a villa surrounded by greenery, a short walk from the sea on the Riviera di Ponente, a 15-minute walk from the city centre and the port of embarkation for the Aeolian Islands. It has a private entrance, large room with private bathroom, outdoor kitchen.

Bellavista Panorama Home is 15 minutes away from the sea on foot and 5 minutes by car. It is the perfect spot for families or friends looking for a place to relax and share lovely moments together. The house has 3 rooms (Smeraldo king room, Corallo double room with en-suite bathroom, and the Acqua single room). The family bathroom includes a bath tub and a bidet. Extras: external shower and sink, private garden. The big veranda has a sofa, two dining tables, and an amazing view of the sea.

The Vulcano Terrace dista 30 metri dalla famosa Spiaggia di Sabbia Nera. Dispone, di una grande terrazza arredata, con vista mare e isole limitrofi da un lato, dall'altro lato è possibile vedere l'imponente cratere di Vulcano. Al piano terra è presente un patio con delle colonne e sedute stile eoliano che affacciano su un piccolo giardino arredato, con doccia esterna. Al suo interno vi è una cucina soggiorno, con due divani letto, una camera matrimoniale, un ripostiglio e un bagno con doccia.

Appartamento a piano terra della nostra casa di residenza, accesso diretto dalla strada statale. È dotato di cucina, climatizzatore, stufa radiante, lavatrice, TV, Wi-Fi, ambiente esterno con tavolo, sedie, barbecue e lavabo. Comodo per tre persone, possibilità di aggiungere il quarto posto letto. A disposizione due biciclette per raggiungere la spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, passeggiare sul lungomare o fare compere nel centro cittadino. Parcheggio privato semi coperto.
