On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Welcome back! Fortunately, our apartment was spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building services. We are looking forward to having you back. Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still a lot to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation. Note: In addition, the tourist tax (€2.00 per night/per person) must be paid.

On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

Cozy apartment with beautiful terrace in the historic old town of Ahrweiler The approx. 60 m² apartment is quietly located in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler, just 50 m from the historic market square. Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
