Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aïn Harrouda

Noureddine's listing is ideal , perfectly as described. Cleanliness, impeccable comfort and great location. There is a H24 reception and security service at the entrance. Pros: it is really very quiet (no neighborhood noises or street with double glazing) and Noureddine has small touches very appreciable to her hosts (small bottles of water and soda, coffee capsules, cookies, fruits...). I highly recommend it!

Because we were already very convinced of the great apartment during our first stay in November 2024, we booked it again and were happy residents this time too during 10 days.

The host was amazing very friendly, quick to respond, and gave great local tips. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy 👌🏻

The accommodation is right next to the train station, which makes it very easy for guests who do not come with their own car. For your own car, there is an underground car park just around the corner, where we paid 84MAD for 2 nights, which we consider to be very cheap. For 5MAD, you can take the bus from the accommodation to various points of interest such as the Hassen II Mosque, Ain Diab Beach and the Marocco Mall (the mall is highly recommended). Supermarkets are within walking distance, where you can buy groceries, as it is wonderful to cook in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. Since the apartment is on the 10th floor, you have a great view of the sea. We were also able to wash without problems and the gatekeeper at the entrance was very nice and helpful.

Nabil was a very approachable host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at his place. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future :)

Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. Hamza is a very friendly host who was responsive to all of our inquiries. The place is within walking distance of the beach. I definitely recommend it for families looking for a great private stay.

This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Beautiful place to stay in mohammedia, close to all amenities, an ideal place for a family, quiet and spacious, identical to the description. Nabil was very responsive to all my questions, a place to recommend in mohammedia. We had a pleasant stay.

I wanted to thank Naufel for his availability, responsiveness, kindness, and benevolence. A host who is always attentive and ready to help. The apartment looks like the photos, perfectly clean, the location is just great. All amenities are nearby: supermarkets, butcher, restaurants, dry cleaning, bakeries, pharmacy... Absolutely incredible stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and the view was just stunning, even better than the pictures. What truly made the experience exceptional was Fayza. She went above and beyond in every way. I mentioned I needed a hair dryer, and Fayza delivered one in under 30 minutes, I was honestly amazed. She was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided detailed, thoughtful instructions that made finding the place, parking safely, and settling in so easy and stress-free. Fayza even took the time to call and check in to make sure everything was okay after I arrived, that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. I felt completely comfortable, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and truly well-hosted stay. We spent 3 very pleasant days in this clean and well-maintained apartment. It is small but very functional, perfect for a short stay. Its proximity to the highway makes it easy to travel to Temara and Rabat. The host Amina is very friendly and proactive, always available when needed.

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
