They were very accommodating and great responsive hosts. They were able to accommodate my late check in due to flight delays and they were available to check me in. They had some water and biscuits and tea available. And the place was very clean and well decorated for the season. It felt like home. I recommend some bug spray because there may be flies outside the area but that’s Nigeria. The place was great overall.

Babatunde and his team were EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating and professional during the whole process of my stay. We had the opportunity to stay at two of the properties next door to each other and both were beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The wifi was lightening fast, and Temmy the property assistant was so sweet and helpful. Any snags were handled promptly and were excited to get back to Lagos again so we can book with Babatunde!

Myself and my guests had a good time at Moses’ place and the kids didn’t wanna leave …. The kids spent time on the snooker board in the house and in the swimming pool … it is a gated community and that comes with assurance of security whether you are visiting Nigeria for the first time or the last time !

We really enjoyed our stay in Samuel’s home and will stay again when visiting Lagos because it felt like home. He was a fantastic and super responsive host. The location was secure and central in Lekki (Meadow Hall). The apartment was clean and comes with a cleaning service every other day or on request by a maid who lives in the BQ.

My stay at Payal’s apartment was truly beautiful. I spent almost two weeks there, and from the moment I arrived, I was blown away. The apartment is absolutely stunning. Honestly, even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Photos just don’t do it justice! The games room was my kids’ favorite spot as they spent hours there and had such a great time. While there were one or two minor hiccups during our stay, what really stood out was how quickly and graciously Payal handled everything. She treated every issue with urgency and made sure things were resolved right away. One time, she and her husband even surprised us with thoughtful gifts, which was such a kind and heartwarming gesture. We had everything we needed, safe estate, running water, no issues with electricity, and even when the power went out, the inverter would kick in (thanks to Warris, the house keeper). I genuinely enjoyed every moment at Payal’s apartment. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was great. Our attendant, Victor, was always available whenever we needed him. Navigating the power, inverter, and generator situation was a little confusing but we got used to it. Beautiful property inside and out.

I and my friend stayed here and wow the place is just so lovely. Coming from abroad I had certain expectations and Adebayos place exceeded all of them. We felt right at home and had no worries. Two big smart tv’s one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Everywhere was spotless and I honestly just can’t complain. I really look forward to booking here again when I next visit my home town. Thank you Adebayo.

I had an amazing two-week stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and tastefully decorated, with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, Pressing Iron, and fast Wi-Fi. The beds were super comfortable, and having 2 and half baths made my stay extra convenient. There was back up WiFi in-case one is not functioning as expected so no downtime experienced for internet connectivity. The location was perfect (Walking distance to Admiralty Parkway)—close to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The management (Bolu & Her partner) were incredible and went above and beyond to attend to my requests promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

The neighborhood feels vibrant and safe.The apartment boasts a modern design, with well-finished interiors, spacious rooms, and functional features like air conditioning, fitted kitchen cabinets, and en-suite bathrooms. The building offers reliable electricity with a backup generator, which is essential in Lagos. While not 24/7, the downtime is minimal. I highly recommended

A definite 5 star recommendation for Glad House and a huge thank you to Frank. The house is beautiful, air con throughout and a well stocked kitchen. Comfortable living and dining room and huge modern bedrooms with really cool lighting! The photos looked great but still don’t do the house justice, it’s even ten times better in real life. We enjoyed playing pool and table tennis outside despite the heat 😆 The estate is quiet and safe with security guards at the gate. A short walk outside the estate will bring you to local shops, a huge supermarket Jendal and a great bar / club De Dems across the main road. The hotel staff next door are available to help with anything you need, they can order food from the restaurant, organise laundry, etc. The house was cleaned regularly and restocked with clean towels etc. It was my first time in Nigeria and in Lagos and Frank’s house made me feel instantly at home, I didn’t want a leave and will most certainly rebook it for our next visit. Well done!
