The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Joikun Lumo by Hi Ylläs

This luxury villa which has been completed in the fall of 2024, offers a modern open kitchen and spacious living areas where the amazing room height and large windows bring you close to nature. Downstairs there are also bath and sauna facilities. Upstairs are the villa's 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a toilet. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers its own peace, and a direct connection to the bathroom through the utility room. In total, the villa comfortably accommodates eight people.

Kuukkeli, cozy cottage by Luosujärvi lake

Kuukkeli is a small, remote lakefront cottage located along the edge of Lake Luosojärvi in the Akäslompolo region. It is easily accessible by car. The cross-country ski tracks can be reached directly from the cottage on skis. The track network is the widest in all of Lapland and offers more than 300km of trails. Yllasjärvi and Akaslompolo with their shops and amenities are just within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, sauna and shower.

This cozy minihome was built in November 2024 and is set in the peaceful nature of Lapland, just a 30-minute drive from Levi and about 1 km from Lake Jerisjärvi. It features a fireplace, AC, underfloor heating, fast WiFi (100mb/s), a shower and a freezer toilet. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults on a sofa bed. Shared amenities include a lean-to shelter with fireplace, a rowing boat on Lake Jerisjärvi, maintained ski and snowshoe trails in winter, and a sledding hill with free sleds.

The owners have been living in the area for over a decade and are still living in the neigbourhood to be of your assistance with planing of your tours and giving the best tips for the local restaurants.

Welcome to stay in Muonio! A peaceful small village of around 1100 inhabitants, located on the bank of the river Muoniojoki. Just a few hundreds metre of the front channel of the river you find our peaceful, cosy house. You will be able to use one half of the house. The house has two flats which are not connected. Privacy and peace for our guests! To the centre of Muonio, where you can find a very good selected K-market shop and also a S-market it is just about 2,2 km.

The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen, private sauna and quality beds, as well as linens. Shop, restaurants and bus stops for ski slopes, Kittilä and Kolari are about 500m away. Ski slopes 2km. Tips for booking activities and excursions will be provided by the owners of the cottage.
