Leiligheten er en liten 1 roms (25 kvadrat), som ligger midt i Oslo sentrum med nærhet til alt. Det er høyt under taket (3 meter), og det kan få leiligheten til å virke større enn sine 25 kvadrat. Det er viktig at du som gjest forstår når du ser på bildene Leiligheten har et soveområde, men ikke separat soverom. Man må regne med at noe støy vil kunne forekomme da leiligheten ligger midt i sentrum. Det er kun 22 minutter med tog til flyplassen. Alt av severdigheter i Oslo ligger i nærheten.

Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
