The facility is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Odate Station and close to National Route 7, and you can walk back from the bar area, so you can return safely after enjoying the night in Odate. Ideal for families, the spacious interior is designed for the whole family to relax. It also has a kitchen and living room, and is as easy to use as your own home. There is also parking for 2 cars, which is very convenient for those who come by car. There is also a convenience store within walking distance, so you can get what you need right away. Odate City is famous for the Akita dog Hachiko, and is also known as the home of Kiri Tampo. It is a natural environment where you can enjoy beautiful scenery and seasonal scenery, and there are plenty of hot spring facilities. "Moikka! About the room This is a house (villa) where you can enjoy a superb view of Lake Towada. Enjoy a wood-burning stove barrel sauna (wood is available on the premises for free, but please bring your own kindling), a drum water bath, a large Jacuzzi (no hot water, and it is not available in winter to prevent freezing), a barbecue, kayaking, SUP (please bring your own), etc. There is a marina on the shore of Lake Towada next door, so you can enjoy jet skis, boats, etc. Because the house is located at an altitude of 400 m, we take the best possible measures, but insects come out in the warm season. Lots of snow falls in winter. In autumn, the leaves fall. We promise you an amazing view. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (BBQ equipment available) Rooms There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is 1 double size bed. There are 7 single beds and 3 futons. Guest access Parking is available for 4 or more vehicles on the premises.

Halcoya Hanare, an inn to enjoy the trees

Shizukuishi Town in Iwate Prefecture is a tourist destination where you can enjoy Koiwai Farm, Lake Goshiki, ski resorts, and hot springs. 　Minpaku Halcoya is located near Lake Goshiki, overlooking Mt. Iwate. This facility was built using trees from the town to allow people to experience the warmth of living with wood.   　If you are interested in Shizukuishi life, want to relax in nature, enjoy time with family and friends in a different space than usual... please come and visit us. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. This is a small, newly built house that can accommodate up to 3 people. * Please note that Halcoya Hanare does not currently have WiFi.

The nearest ski resort (Hachimantai Resort Panorama Ski Resort) is about a 5-minute drive away. Appi Kogen Ski Resort is accessible in 20-30 minutes in summer and 30-40 minutes in winter (about 18 km). Dragon Eye is accessible in about 30 minutes to the Mirikaeri Pass where you can park your car.
