Lovely apartment close to the US Embassy and even more lovely host Elmira! My parents stayed for a US visa interview, Elmira helped them with every possible question. She told me how to order a taxi, made sure that my parents got there, recommended places to visit, and much more. The apartment is great, clean, cozy, warm, despite the frosts -25 degrees. Thank you very much Elmira, I recommend this place to everyone!!

Everything was top notch.

It was my second stay in a year, and it was still the best apartment! It was within walking distance of the mall, there were several bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around, and there were many mini-markets and cafes right next to the accommodation, making it very convenient. The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The self-check-in method is also very easy to understand and simple. They were very kind and a lovely host! Wonderful apartment! I think this is the best location in Astana. Nearby are large shopping centers, parks, wonderful promenades. There are wonderful cafes within walking distance, where you can enjoy breakfast. The house is new, quiet, with a beautiful enclosed courtyard. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Felt like home, and it was even a pity to leave. The hostess Mega is responsive, always responds very quickly to messages, does everything to make guests comfortable. That's 10 out of 10. We will be in Astana again, would love to stay here again 🫶

I lived in this apartment - I was absolutely delighted! The apartment is absolutely new, everything is very clean, neat, you can see that it is done with love. The interior is just super - modern, stylish, but at the same time very cozy. It's nice to be here, you feel at home from the first minutes. Everything you need is there, nothing extra. I definitely recommend it!

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

I highly recommend Гульмира's accommodation. The accommodation matched the description, was clean and was in a beautiful and modern environment. Slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and even canisters of drinking water were provided to us in the apartment. Gulmira was always easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. She gave us a very detailed and helpful description of how to get into the apartment and even let us check in a little earlier. We would book the place again anytime!

This is a one-room apartment in a new residential complex with a closed courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped, there is a large balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, there are many shops, restaurants and cafes, a covered market - Sauran shopping center. The botanical garden is close, Norzhol Boulevard with the main attractions of Astana is also within walking distance. Larisa was very responsive, helped with early check-in, recommended apps for navigating the city.

The stay was great! The apartment fully corresponds to the description — clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially liked that there was good soundproofing and a comfortable bed - I slept from the bottom of my heart 🥰 The host was available and quick to answer any questions, and the check-in went smoothly. The neighborhood is calm, close to shops, cafes and public transport. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.
