The home has three bedrooms, a loft and a small living room. The heating consists of a heat pump in the living room and underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it must be taken into account that someone will have to sleep in the loft. Newly renovated main building in a farmhouse, secluded on the farm, with a wonderful view of Verdal and Trondheimsfjorden. It's perfect for two, and with the guest bed, there's room for one more. There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. We enjoy being here with the whole family; there's no traffic passing by the house. If you would like accommodation for more than three people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. Possibilities to rent a stable for a horse if needed. On the farm there are dogs, cats, horses and sheep. On the first floor there is a hallway, a toilet and a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. On the second floor of the garage, you will find a large bed (bedding is included), a sofa, and a TV. My place is by the fjord. You'll love my place because of the location. One house in the courtyard is for rent. My place is good for couples, those traveling alone, and families (with children). My place is a farm with plant production and is located by itself. If you want a quiet place, this is a good choice.
