the pool bag was great, there are a lot of shenzonk, like a pool in nature. The pool is open until the morning, you can enter when you want. Whenever you have breakfast, it's prepared for you right away. Tea,water,coffee,watermelon always available and a treat. The house is 1 room, 1 living room with an american kitchen and there are extra beds for your needs. Air conditioning is in every room, the house meets your needs, but you don't stop at home a lot anyway because there is a very nice beach within 5 min walking distance and the jenzok on the beach is free for you. Brother Hamza is always a friendly and well-intentioned person there to help.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

The house we stayed in is the same as in the photo. The pool was clean, the rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you to my brother Orhan who took care of us.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

The host Ibrahim really made me feel at ease and at home he was such a great host and easy to communicate with. The pool was nice and private both my sister and mother really enjoyed that!! Yunus was very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed extra time for check out. He worked with us with what we needed throughout the holiday, and often messaged to check everything was ok. The place was cosy and clean. There were most essentials in the cupboard, and Yunus provided two industrial size bottles of drinking water for when we arrived. I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for money and it was one of a few villa's we could find in Antalya with six bedrooms.

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

Everything was very clean and tidy. Location center, easy access. The host was caring and helpful. We felt at home, we would choose it again.

Beautiful two-storey apartments. Fresh renovation. Swimming pool on the territory. Parking for cars. Very pleasant owner, he deserves a special thanks) Weak internet, especially in the evening. If you need to work, it's better to have a mobile. And so everything is great.

Ms. Fatma is an extremely hospitable host, we were welcomed with interest. Very spacious for your house, convenient, clean. The lounge has a double bed in two sofa bedrooms. It has a great garden and is peaceful. You are on the Lara beaches by car in 2 minutes in terms of location. We stayed for 2 days and would love to stay again✨✨

My family and I had an amazing time!!!

The property is located at a very prime location where you can walk to the city centre easily Shopping mall is at 5 minutes drive and the famous beaches are 15-25 minutes depending upon the traffic The house is very nice and very adequately equipped. You don't find anything missing from the house and makes your stay extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family stay!!

The place was very clean with new bed linens and towels. The place is located inside a gated community with 24/7 security. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear. All amenities were as described. The host even allowed us to stay for an extra day for free which was super convenient and so nice of him. He also provided us with cat litter box which was also very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely apartment right next to the old town giving us plenty to do with such a short distance to travel! Nicoleta was great in hosting us and very accommodating of our later check in providing clear instructions and we had no problems

We had a great stay at Sereen’s apartment. There was plenty of room, the location was perfect, right in the Old Town and close to the beach. Sereen was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions and also gave us plenty of local recommendations. Great value for money - everything you could want in an airbnb! Thank you :)

Great location near the tram and bus stops. There were no problems with communication. Quite quiet at night. Good price
