It was a nice stay , the studio was nice clean and comfortable - small suggestion for any guest who is staying for more than 3 nights they should have another bed sheet and extra towels. Other than that it was a great stay .

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect: just a short walk from some of the best beaches in Abu Dhabi, with a beautiful coastline full of cafes and restaurants. It's also close to the city center, which made getting around really convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, ideal for a big family or group. It's well-equipped with everything you might need, very clean, and has a cozy, comfortable vibe. The interior has a touch of elegance without feeling over the top, which we appreciated. The host was incredibly welcoming and always just a message away whenever we needed anything. It made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Abu Dhabi!

Nice cozy studio to stay for a couple of days with good internet. Good choice if you work from home and go out for local activities that are really close to this place. Bear in mind that it is a studio.

This place was great! But what really did it was the friendly owner…he was so kind and even helped us order food! Everyone was super nice and it made the experience great!

the place is great.. beautifully and elegantly furnished.. everything that you need is in the place such as appliances, cutlery etc.. the location of course is beautiful its right on saadiyat mamsha and the beautiful beach.. the only downisde is the construcrion going.on around the building upto late night but it didnt really affect our stay thats of course outside the control of the host and its clear on the pictures that some construction is going on and the other minor issue is te master bedroom shower the water flows outside to the washroom. overall amazing stay with the family and definitely will visit again .

The location is amazing and perfect for my family of 4. It’s in great location to all the parks which made it so flexible. And also with Yas mall being so close we could easily dine out or get takeaway in.

The location is quiet and close to all services, which made the stay easier and more comfortable. The landlord is cooperative and quick to respond to any inquiry or request. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my dear brother Hassan for his hospitality and warm welcome. I felt at home and among my family and friends. Hassan did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed and was in constant contact with me to see if there was anything I needed or needed any help. He also hosted us at his house for coffee and frankly the session with him was fun, friendly, kind and respectful. I was happy to get to know him and I was honored to meet him and I am sure I will return to live in this place again.

The area is beautifully developed and most of the attractions are withing 10 to 15 min drive. The flat was well equiped for the guests needs. Property was as described and the host was very responsive and flexible. It is a cosy place and good value fot money. We would recommend it.
