Great place for families, nice team and good facilities

Had great time at the apartment. It’s located in the gated community with many local amenities such as pharmacy or 24/7 shop. The apartment is of a good size with less than 50 meters to the beach. In the area there’s a running track, playground, pools, outdoor gym and quite a few food trucks nearby. Apartment has everything you need to cook some simple meals or make hot beverages (including drip filter coffee machine and pod machine). The host was super quick to resolve any queries and allowed us to check in much earlier which was great given we had early morning flight.

Top stay by the sea, Ahmed is very available and very attentive to the requests of these customers. The apartment is great even better than in the photo in a beautiful residence! I highly recommend it !

I was truly delighted with my stay from beginning to end. The host was always kind, responsive, and accommodating to all my requests. The apartment was in fantastic condition - spotlessly clean, cozy, and felt brand new. It was an absolute joy to spend time there!

Everything was as described in the listing page. Perfect little apartment in an otherwise imperfect area. Many parking spaces available and easy to find building, roads not paved around the place but not a problem at all, and only one AC unit functions for the whole apartment so keep that in mind. The only issue was the security of the building, anyone can easily access the elevator and arrive at any floor so make sure to keep your door locked.

Had a lovely stay. Great location and everything you’d need is located within 5 minutes from the door of the property. Also very good communication from host. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well located,clean, and had everything we needed. We even had a lovely fruit bowl.

We had a very nice time, apartments is very close to the sea, clean and modern interior, the pool in on the roof and all very clean and accessible most of the day. Jason & Salem were very helpful and responsive.

Great apartment with so much more to offer than a hotel room. Decor and lighting were just as pictured and luxurious - bedding, towels, beach towels, nespresso, iron, hairdryer and toiletries all appreciated too. Swimming pools, private beach, Restaurants and Bars on site make this a great stay. Check-in from main reception, through to parking and getting to the apt was made super easy by great and attentive staff. Communication throughout was responsive and personal making the stay perfect.

The team are excellent. They are friendly, efficient and professional. The apartment is positioned beautifully so that you are able to enjoy amazing sea views. The apartment was extremely well equipped and very clean. It is definitely worth a stay if you are planning a trip in RAK.

Eine tolle Wohnung, die voll und ganz dem Inserat entsprochen hat. Insbesondere das Überraschungsgeschenk mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und Snacks, sowie der tolle Blick vom Balkon über das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Schade war es, dass man nur mit einem längeren Fußmarsch an den öffentlichen Strand gelangt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank Tatjana 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb on Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and direct private beach access, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The convenience of having a grocery store nearby was a big plus, and the dedicated parking space made it hassle-free. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and well-located stay in Ras Al Khaimah. We would definitely love to come back!

Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Felt right at home as soon as I walked in and had no complaints whatsoever. The location is amazing and the apartment has an amazing view. The host was also very responsive and very kind. 10/10 stay, would highly recommend!!

Amazing place! I’ve already been in the Pacific Building before - it is much better than on the photos. You can use 3 different pools, 3 different gyms, outdoor areas (basketball, tenis, ping pong,…) and very nice beach. This apartment was super clean with beautiful view of the sea. We really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back again. There are several options where to eat: there are restaurants, supermaket or you can order anything from delivery service (talabat). You will not struggle with the food and you will have lots of options! If you are considering where to stay, choose this one, you will not be dissapointed!

It was a pleasant stay, apartment was well kept with amenties and applainces handy. Hosts and caretaker were very proactive and helpful. A positive experience.

I recently stayed in this lovely studio, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night.
