What a lovely place with peaceful views, the sunsets are breathtaking. The living is super cosy. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and while preparing food, there is a blue sea view right from the kitchen. We would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a unique charm that set it apart from the typical UAE style—more serene, cozy, and full of character. The ambience was refreshing and made for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. An added bonus—there are a few friendly cats around the property, which I personally loved! Just something to keep in mind if you're not a fan of animals. Overall, a memorable and welcoming stay that I’d happily recommend

We stayed at Dr Mohan's place for 5 days and it was really homey. The place is very nice, it's near the grocery and department store where you can easily grab anything you need. The building is very secured and quiet, you can really relax and rest well. Mr. Mohad is very accommodating and a professional person. He makes sure that we have everything we need and our concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mohan's place especially for small families.

Very well located accommodation 50m from the beach and free public parking on the street. popular but very respectful neighborhood. Lots of food on the street very clean and cheap. bakery on the corner of the delicious street with patisserie and bread baked on site. The building has an elevator. Point to improve the kitchen is old and lacks storage in the bathroom. The host is very responsive ,very welcoming and who answers all our questions. Namely:mosquee opposite and we hear the call to the prayer on laube

Syed is a responsive host. Although there were slight issues when we first arrived, Syed was very responsive and he responded at the first moment. He even approved my our request for a late checkout as we had a night flight out. Syed is a good host. Definitely recommended to stay at his place!
