I loved the stay! Suitable place to rest and fully disconnect from urban life. Host Amanda available at all times. We were greeted with many mimics: local and seasonal fruits placed on the table and rooms flavored with lavender. It's a place to feel at home! Qualityware and utensils. Very wooded town. View of the enchanting valley and a trail to the wonderful creek. I went in a cold season in the region and took a lot of advantage from the fireplace; the accommodation has an adult and children's pool that caters well in the summer. Ah! It has a charming space around the sensational campfire. I took my pets and it made a difference for us. It has a housekeeper available to assist us: he is very sociable and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Seu Luiz (the owner) that he did not wish for. I will return with my family to this location for sure.

I loved the house, the city! The house was very clean, with all the basic utensils clean. Smelling bedding and towels, clean pool... Everything impeccable! Núbia always responded quickly, I spoke with her every day, always with a lot of patience, proactivity and kindness, very calm! Finally, it was amazing, I will definitely come back more often! 🩷

The place is very nice in a wonderful area of Areia, besides the security for being a condominium. The house is very nice spacious. The hosts were always attentive and always responded quickly.

The house is a haven of peace, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first moment. O O homemeiro Seu João was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, is invigorating. The scenery is stunning, with panoramic views of verdant hills and breathtaking sky. The fresh air and the relaxing silence provided us with moments of tranquility and connection to nature. The house is equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay, from cozy rooms to a full kitchen. The night around the fire pit, under the starry sky, was a magical and unforgettable moment. Breakfast at the Café na Varanda restaurant, a delight! In short, the stay in the house was an unforgettable experience, which provided us with moments of peace, relaxation and connection with nature. I recommend it to everyone who seeks a refuge from urban life.

Renato was helpful from start to finish. He welcomed us personally even with the delay we had with our flight. The place is very close to Parque do Povo and Uber, for those who want to explore the surroundings, stops at the door of the building. Finally, the view is wonderful for the city!

We were in 3 adults and we were very well accommodated in the space that had everything that was needed for the days we were there. Every year we return for an annual meeting in the city and will certainly be looking for the same lodging again. Juliana always asks a lot and helps us in everything we need. Excellent!

The stay at Carlos' house was wonderful!! Everything is very clean, super organized, very good, new and beautiful furniture and appliances. It has all the utensils for a great stay. Carlos is a very attentive person, concerned with the smallest details, giving tips on tours, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc. Me, my wife and my mother-in-law were very satisfied with everything!!!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with air-conditioning (1 box and 1 split). The kitchen is well-equipped, with a freezer, water cooler, pots, various utensils. Sandra and Cileide are very attentive and quick. The place is quite nice, the children explored a lot, took oranges and corn from the plants, played a lot! They fed the chickens on the neighboring land. The house was super clean and smelled good, there were no cockroaches or ants inside it!!! Negative points: - the sports court could have been weeded, as the tall grass prevented use. - the noise from the box air-conditioning was annoying, as the device was very old. - I was surprised at the energy charge, as there was no information about extra charges in the listing. - there was no toilet paper and very little detergent, because in the ad it stated that there was, we had to go out to buy (and it is not so close). The experience was very good! I appreciate the availability.
