Absolutely gorgeous King one bedroom studio apartment with another seperate room with a king bed ( has its own entrance and still connects to main part of 40 Winks). Plus in the main area tucked in a little corner is another queen bed! The best LOCATION! Located right in the heart of Alamosa. This Inn is right in front of the Beautiful Cole Park. Walking distance to the Museum, downtown, railroad station, local restaurants. Sand Dunes-34 miles away!

Entire brand new home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, one sofa with queen pull out bed. The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away

New one bedroom house, 780 square feet. Nine-foot ceilings, full kitchen, huge picture windows with mountain views in all directions. Heavy on wood, log, and cabin design. Iron pipe prevalent as well. Large deck with chairs, table, gas BBQ. New for 2025 small gazebo with propane fire pit, seating, table. Stay protected from wind and sun, incredible views.
