The apartment is perfect and was impeccable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Tamia was very attentive to anything you might need.

A really nice place to be, I loved to meet Inca their dog, she was really nice and friendly. Also the place was near everything you would need 🫶

Nice place, Clean, good location and worth the money. I had only two comments one as the elevator you need the security guard to give you the access to sometimes it is packed so you have to wait and his car does not work always .

The place is close to the park, which is very useful for going out without using the car. The suite is very nice and warm with a terrace with an incredible view of the city. Andrés is great, always concerned and attentive to give recommendations or answer questions

The place is nice, the amenities are exclusive to the owners of the place, you need a face ID to be able to enter all of them, it was not pleasant to use the wet areas, which is what I wanted to use the most, asking for a favor to enter or to open the door as infiltrators, inside everything is clean and tidy, it is not easy to order food at home, you have to go out to pick it up, the host was nice. There are areas that I could not use, such as the BBQ.

Sunny place with great views. Comfy , convenient, fantastic hosts. The common areas -jacuzzi, sauna, pool- are just what your bones need after work or travel:)

Jenny’s place was the perfect introduction to Quito. It was incredibly walkable to whatever we wanted to see in Centro Historico. We especially appreciated that Jenny graciously allowed us to check in extra early since we were arriving early. Her aunt helped us check into the unit and also stored our luggage for us on the check-out date. The area can feel crowded (lots of foot and car traffic, narrow sidewalks), and I felt winded from the altitude and sloping streets, but I’m so glad we chose to start off our vacation in that area. The unit was impeccably designed and had everything we needed (including a small space heater since the bedroom was cold). I especially loved Jenny’s host guide to Quito!

Absolutely outstanding. Everything was as described in a great location. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Great value for money. Will come again.

Excellent place and location, everything was perfect, the instructions are extremely clear and the apartment is perfect!!

The apartment was spacious and had a great view of the Panecillo. It was walkable to El Centro Histórico and we did a few church tours. It was great having 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a working kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Very kind host! He arranged a ride from the airport for us.

I'd like to highlight that the check-in schedule was flexible, allowing me to enter before the established time. Communication was always fast and effective. (They give you a Tag to enter the Airbnb, on one occasion they forget it inside, the time they generated a code, so that I could enter was 30 minutes) the loved ones. Of course, they are very beautiful. The building's security is also very rigorous. I would also highlight the fact that the curtains are translucent. Therefore, even though all the blinds are down, a lot of light is reflected inside. It's not a big problem, unless you sleep in and get up late. Since inevitably if you get up at 10:11 in the morning. You'll have light from seven in the morning, coming directly in. I would recommend installing thicker blinds or double blinds. In general, everything was good, too good. I also want to point out that for long stays, the pillows are uncomfortable and create neck pain.

A comfortable, safe, functional place. The apartment is very well located. Super comfortable beds. I recommend them and would return without hesitation.

A beautiful view and very warm, but at night there was a lot of noise from the neighbors, in the early hours you could not sleep very well

Great place to stay, the view from the window is amazing! Sara even arranged transport from the airport to her place and let me add an extra night on short notice. Would thoroughly recommend.

Eddna is a super friendly and attentive person, always making sure that you are well. I honestly felt at home. The apartment is very elegant, very clean with everything you need. Without hesitation, when I return to Quito, I would return to Eddna's. A million stars, recommended.

Diego and Monica are remarkably helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious, calming, extremely clean and has breathtaking views. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, the park and botanical garden, and the subway, it's easy to get around. The gym and game room in the first floor are added bonuses. It was great!

The apartment was perfect for our last days in Ecuador. The amazing view over Quito is the highlight of this apartment, plus the kingsize bed! (since all beds we had before in Ecuador were pequeño 😁) The apartment seems very new, all was clean and spacious. Internet was ok, good enough for Netflix. During our stay we could not use the communal jacuzzi or sauna (which you have to reserve yourself through the security guy, in the lobby), he said that the thermostat was broken. We did used the gym, which was good. Location of the apartment is perfect, we love Floresta! Communication with host Sebastian was good and he was flexibel. Thanks!

Tge apartment was safe and was a great place to share with our family. We would consider stay here in the near future. 🙌
