It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Está muy bien comunicado con la ciudad con diferentes accesos. El edificio incluye dos apartamentos independientes, uno en la planta alta (ático) y otro en planta baja. Este con acceso a discapacitados. Bien comunicado con Sierra Nevada y la Alhambra. Piscina disponible desde mayo hasta octubre.
