We had a wonderful stay at Ian’s place in Tofino. The space was peaceful and tucked away, perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. It’s a beautiful little spot within walking distance to town, and Ian was a great host. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

Ekta and Peter are such wonderful hosts! It was a birthday weekend getaway to Hornby Island for some mountain biking and relaxing. They both provided great recommendations and even visited their stall at the Saturday market. Ekta checked in with us to make sure we made both ferry times :). The trails were a five minute bike ride away and the hot tub under the stars was a real treat. The Purple Door Cabin was a peaceful, quaint, and quiet spot tucked in the back of their lovely property. We also loved the greeting from Wyatt the cat when we arrived. Would definitely return!

Pros: – Cute and cozy cabin in a peaceful location within walking distance of several restaurants and the coop supermarket – Highly proactive and responsive hosts who provided clear instructions and plenty of helpful local recommendations (Only) Con: – Stairs to the bedroom loft are loud and squeaky, which becomes a problem if you need to use the bathroom at night since it’s located on ground level: need to be alert to avoid waking up any other guests and/or slipping and falling yourself

The Copper Cabin was the perfect cozy and private retreat. It is conveniently located for Tofino or Ucluelet and we had an amazing time exploring both areas. Everything was as described - very clean and the cabin smells amazing. Hot tub worked well and was a very nice touch after long days of surfing and hiking. The walkable hike (half moon beach) is stunning and very worth the effort!

Great place, very clean, extremely well located, good facilities. the lower bedroom has good curtains but the upstairs bedroom is quite light in the morning, maybe worth packing some eye shades if you're a light sleeper, don't let it put you off, a great place to stay.

The cottage is perfectly situated overlooking the water and provides gorgeous mornings and evenings. It is a nice quiet escape and the hot tub is very relaxing. I would recommend!

Probably the best place to stay in Chesterman Beach, if not all of Tofino. And an outdoor shower to boot. Thanks Barbara for sharing your amazing space and helping create so many great memories

Nice, quiet, and clean. Feels like you're in a tree house with all of the trees and being perched up a bit higher. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was stocked very well with towels, linens, condiments, glassware - everything. Hottub was great. The cabin cooled down nicely at night. Would absolutely return!

Spencer’s place felt clean and cozy with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Walking trails were super close aswell as grocery stores and restaurants. Overall 10/10.

What an amazing place! All the amenities you’d like, close to the village but my god, what an amazing location!!! 🤩 The sunset over the bay, the sunrise, the eagles and other birds calling… Simply breathtaking, we couldn’t get enough of it! The hosts are very responsive, helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended!!!

The place was wonderful and is set in lovely forested surroundings. It's a carriage house behind a main house with a beach access directly across the road to North Chesterman. Looks just like the photos. Beautiful native timber beams and natural wood staircase. An ideal spot for a getaway for 2. It is an easy cycle to Tofino. The only issue was there was extensive renovations happening on the main house and there was usually a small group of tradespeople we had to make our way through to get along the path to the house which took away from the atmosphere a little.

Tania’s cabin felt like going home, but with the added bonus of being located on a beautiful, private section of lake overlooking provincial park land. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy the lake and nearby trail systems. Directly behind the cabin is a steep, paved pathway down to the dock and beach - both were hands down the highlight of our stay - spacious and set up for relaxing, while also acting as a launch point for paddle boards and kayaks. The cabin was also incredibly comfortable for our dogs - Tania added thoughtful touches just for them including comfy beds, treats, and towels. I especially appreciated the large, working grill on the back deck overlooking the water. This made meal prep easy and an absolute joy. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time here. It was like a hidden cabin in the woods. Felt tucked away from everything yet was an easy drive to anything and short walk to a couple beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here 3 nights at the start of June 2025 with my brothers. The place was easy to find and had unbeatable views. Would definitely return to the area again just for that balcony sunset.

Absolutely loved it here! Such stunning views, the place itself is lovely, the deck was so magical to spend time out there looking at the ocean, you could hear the ocean in the bedroom to fall asleep to every night. It was so nice to spend time here. Clean, organized, had everything we needed. Communication was quick and always super helpful. Would definitely come back!

Our family loved our stay here. Leah is the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. The cabin’s location was perfect for us, close enough to family gatherings in Courtenay but in such a serene place we could unwind in the evenings and enjoy walks surrounded by huge cedars to the beach for the beautiful sunsets. Very dog friendly and we just adored meeting Timber and loving on her too. It was so perfect!

Can't say enough positive things about this place! The overall setting is perfect, lots of trees, gorgeous view of the ocean, easy access to the beach and walking trails. The constant sound of the ocean waves is serene. The beds are comfy, even the pull-out couch. Bed linens and towels are good quality. The cabin doesn't feel cluttered however the kitchen is a little sparse (but had everything we needed). There are no doors separating the loft bedroom/tub and the lower bedroom from the main floor so noise travels. We were three close friends and didn't find this to be an issue. The host is very easy to deal with, proactive and friendly, and the provided house manual is comprehensive right down to local emergency response procedures and restaurant reviews. Looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our 6-day stay at this cottage. It was quiet and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well-located for our explorations. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a good assortment of herbs and spices. We also appreciated having plenty of towels. The long-stay neighbours are friendly and helpful, including giving us information about the area. The binder in the cottage was also useful for this. A couple of tips for future guests: - the coffee maker is a Keurig, so bring pods if you want to use it - if you use the coat-hooks on the wall behind the cottage door, remember to check them before you leave - easy to not think of it in the flurry of packing up and leaving :-)

This an absolute hidden gem. The peace and quiet of mussel beach is unmatched. The cabin was lovely and fully equipped. We enjoyed cooking and eating by the sea! It was super easy to get to and we did it without a 4x4! We felt very at home and relaxed!

Our stay at Travis's 'cozy cabin' was terrific in every way, and Travis is one of the best on AirBnb at communicating with his guests that we have ever come across. We needed to message him about the timing of our arrival being off because of a schedule conflict, and his responses about everything were so helpful and friendly. Our Hilltop Cabin was just minutes from the docks and the harbour below, and it was also a very peaceful and private place -- well-stocked with everything we needed. Two of the people in our party had just finished hiking the remarkable West Coast Trail, and this spot was the ideal location for a rendezvous, a great dinner, and a wonderful rest. Thanks for making it available!

We came to Tofino to get away from our busy and noisy city life. Matthew’s place delivered beyond our expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The surrounding area was picturesque and the house was so well equipped that it felt like home away from home. I loved having my morning coffee on the porch while watching the geese flew by or ducks paddling in the water.
