we had a awesome stay at Tawhida and Parwez's stay, extremely beautiful location, spacious and looked exactly as the photo's, had a private access so no one was disturbed while going in or out. Sea-view balcony was the best part, enjoyed our sunrise Everyday from it with a cup of hot coffee, both host were extremely friendly and helpful, definitely will stay next time if visiting Mauritius🇲🇺 again

She made our stay as simple and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed help, his responses were quick and effective. We were confined in the apartment for a day or two because of the cyclone, but the quality of the accommodation, including the pool, allowed us to enjoy anyway. Amreen was very thoughtful and cared for our well-being throughout this situation. I highly recommend this listing 100%. It offers ample space, functional air conditioning, and most importantly, a splendid view of the ocean. Thank you so much!

The house is very beautiful, furnished and decorated with attention to the smallest details, super-equipped kitchen and well-designed spaces. Nothing is missing (washing machine, dishwasher, oven...) even for long stays. The outdoor spaces are ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the island. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Super flexible check-in and super welcome! A single personal note: the mattresses were a little too soft for us, and every now and then at night you can hear dogs barking, nothing that prevented us from resting.

We had a most pleasant stay. Ramesh and Do were always available to help & went out of their way to help specially when my husband needed help getting a chair to use at the beach. Linen & towels were changed regularly & we had access to all the necessary amenities. The sunsets were spectacular, garden is well maintained & had the most beautiful flowers. Ramesh even helped with arranging for a catamaran cruise. I will definitely use them again, should I go back to Mauritius.

Staying at Sharvins was amazing. with views of the bay a standout. very relaxing with nice restaurants within a short distance. sharvin and family made us very welcome.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

Listing exactly as pictured Very nice location. Too bad the cleaning isn't done before the tenants arrive. When you arrive on the island after 48 hrs of travel and 8hrs time lag it's a shame to find a place with no people on site to welcome you and I had to wait 45 minutes for the keys . What a shame such a beautiful place very well located with everything you need for a good holiday You have to review the staff who manage the property, it's just not possible. I would definitely stay again but before I would take all the precautions so as not to suffer any of these inconveniences. We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is really great, spacious, tastefully decorated and the location is also great. Everything you need is there, it's very good, really! There is a lot of equipment, which is really nice. The welcome was very warm. The little touches on arrival were great too. In short, we highly recommend it!

5/5 stars! We had an unforgettable experience at this fantastic Airbnb apartment in La Gaulette, Mauritius! The apartment was clean, modern and comfortably furnished. The view of the mountain and the sea from the huge roof terrace was stunning. The location was perfect for us to explore the entire south of the island. Dhareena was very hospitable and helped us with all questions. Her parents welcomed us and they were incredibly friendly. Due to the delay of our flight and problems with the rental car, we arrived at the apartment much later than agreed, which was also no problem and due to the good communication with Dhareena everything worked out perfectly. We can only recommend this apartment!

A unforgettable stay! The sea view is simply magical. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very well located. The private pool is a real plus. A huge thank you to Anne and Dominique for their wonderful welcome. These are hosts with exceptional kindness. It immediately feels like a home away from home. We leave with memories in our heads. what am Incredible place! I read the other comments with some cynicism but can truly say it's exactly as described. Big, wonderful, open space for your own, right across the road from the beach right outside a bus stop. Such friendly hosts and the little touches: chocolates, water, etc really a wonderful stay. One of my favourite Airbnb stays. Loved staying in the local village. Eric was so friendly and the accommodation had everything we could need. We could walk to restaurants and the supermarket and it was a short drive to beaches and places of interest.

We really enjoyed how this airbnb wasn't in a tourist area. Beautiful views and great facilities. We felt having a car rental was useful, shopping center 5 mins away as well as lots of day trips. Also using the free kayaks and making the most of a home cooked meal from Ganesh on the last night was a treat. Daily room turn down was a plus also.

The building was well maintained, had friendly staff and felt very safe with the security team. Having a pool was a wonderful bonus after an excursion day! We’ll miss our daily breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views! We recommend this great stay :)

A nice and big studio with a great terrace. Very quiet yet centrally located. The beach and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, if you want to go to other beaches, a scooter or car is recommended. The landlords are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms can be darkened with curtains. The bed is comfortable, the AC cools down, although it is also a little louder. Earplugs can help. Everything is divided as shown in the pictures: a bathroom, a kitchen with seating, a bedroom and a living room with sofa and dining table.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

The accommodation exceeded our (high) expectations. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is super modern, spotlessly clean and has a breathtaking view of the lagoon. I loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and looking out at the sea. The amenities are great. The washing machine is very convenient. Our kids loved the lower pool. There you have a great view of the green hillside. You can enjoy the sunset on the roof terrace with pool. It is so nice and quiet and everyone (residents/employees) is very nice. Supermarket within walking distance. In general, however, I would recommend a car. Great location to explore the south in particular. The place was absolutely perfect for us! Roumila answered every question very quickly and is very nice.

Ashvin welcomed us perfectly to his home at La Gaulette. We had a good chat with him, he was very good advice for restaurants and activities in the area. Her place is impeccable, with all the necessary amenities, and impeccably clean! The view of Le Morne and the surrounding greenery is really a plus. I recommend it 100%, thank you Ashvin! Marine

Océane is an excellent host, she was super responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. The studio is as described in a beautiful small garden.
