We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Casa Mont'Santo is a rustic and secular house, with Jewish features and located in the most Portuguese village in Portugal. From the house, we highlight a panoramic balcony and a fantastic terrace with barbecue, from which we enjoy a stunning view of the village and the immensity of the landscape. Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).
