Up on a hill on the Westside of Albuquerque our house faces the Sandia mountains for the sunrise and overlooks the Albuquerque city lights at night. Pat Hurley park is a 4 minute walk from the house. We are 1 mile off of the Coors Rd exit from I-40, between historical route 66 and I-40. Old Town Albuquerque is 2 miles away, which is close to the Albuquerque Bio Park, Zoo, and Rio Grande River. Downtown is 4 miles away. Many local restaurants in our area and 66 bus runs on Central 6am-late night.

Private entrance and yard centrally located guest suite with king bed and twin daybed. Huge luxury shower. Off-street parking (~24'). Light, bright, peaceful, and modern with impeccable attention to detail. Perfect for a couple traveling for business or pleasure. Roku TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime. No cleaning fee. ~425 square feet. We restore Danish Modern furniture and design our own pieces so the furniture is constantly changing.

There was shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, mouthwash, hair dryer, first aid kid and even make up remover! Extra blankets to stay warm and a very easy to use AC unit. I made myself a cup of tea and spent my morning soaking up the sun in the private front porch. The highlight was definitely the AMAZING shower 🚿 😭❤️ Such a cozy spot and this will definitely NOT be the last time I come here!”
Our casita is a small, relaxing haven minutes from everything Albuquerque has to offer. We’re walking distance to food, shopping, and the Park-n-Ride for State Fair and Balloon Fiesta! Its private, and has almost everything a traveler might need while still being minimalist and uncluttered. Its bright and clean, ready to make your stay unforgettable.
What guests are saying:“When we arrived, I was able to get in touch with the host quickly through the app for help getting into the gated driveway. They were very kind the entire time leading up to and during our stay! There was cold, filtered water in the fridge. The TV in the living room had the Disney + app hooked up to it- a huge bonus for my children. The guest book, too, had ample information in it for food that benefited us significantly. The bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in it for guest use as well. There are helpful notes scattered throughout the casita for the guests. If there is anything one needs the hosts are in the home next door so they are easy to reach. We traveled here with our two kids (ages one and four). The bedroom was too small to fit our pack and play, but the living room had plenty of space for it. We just needed it for a night so we were able to split ourselves up between the two spaces. If we were to travel through the area again we would stay again.”
