Janeth is an amazing host, responsive and direct. The place was beautiful and my friends had a blast! I definitely recommend staying here.

The charged bill of the electrcity is understandable since the rate of the electric company is quite high. all in all my experience in the place is so far great. Place will recharge you sea windy breeze, view is amazing and the place is so solemn my mind is full charge. Thanks jake and ate erma all in all the price is justified the electricity bill.

The place was beautiful!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful host Melody who seemed to be a local resident. She was incredibly kind, helpful, hospitable, and even delivered us breakfast food and other items that we were missing. Be prepared for an uphill, tight, unpaved road through a community to get to the place. Would recommend 4WD. Communication was a bit confusing because the contact on the Airbnb app gave us a separate, local number instead of just answering our q’s. As foreigners, we did not have cellular service and relied on wifi so we were unable to actually contact the local host to let her know we were arriving later than the regular check-in. I felt bad as the local host was waiting for hours because we couldn’t contact them. We also got stuck with a bill from poor grout work. One of our peoples shirts got caught on the corner of a kitchen counter tile that was barely hanging on to begin with. That shirt was enough to break the piece off, I guess

Best beach front accommodation. The beach is literally a few steps from the gate. It is also close to the turtle and sardine run (5 min drive). The house is perfect and has all the things you need. Rooms are quite big as well. We enjoyed grilling our food using their griller and they have all things you need. Ate Lisa the caretaker is a gem. The hosts are very responsive to my queries and very helpful. Overall a 10/10.

Lovely sunrise . Frequent sightings of sea turtles. Clean waters for swimming / snorkeling. The Karaoke set and LED screen Tv is a sure winner. Leah our caretaker is kind and friendly . Keeps the place clean and neat

Had a great stay at Jennifer’s Place Rest House in Dalaguete Cebu. The place was clean, peaceful, and cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jennifer was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing, surrounded by breathtaking views, can enjoy sun rise from the balcony. And also felt so private.

This place is definitely worth every cent! It was private and peaceful. Wonderful amenities and just across the beach. Edwin was also an amazing host. Very responsive and friendly. He even helped us when we had a little issue during the wee hours of the night. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Lola’s place was the perfect place to start our trip in the Philippines. From the minute we go there we felt right at home and were greeted with a big smile and open arms. They gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try etc and went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay there again.

Excellent place. A little difficult to find the first day for someone not local. Great pool. Quite would defiantly stay again next time. Driveway was a bit steep for some cars but most will be fine.

Overall the place was nice, there is even a separate room from the main house for a solo traveler/ driver lounge, however the place is hard to find and is more in land than main street Moal Boal where all the transportation are easily accessible. however, my family loved the house and LED light pool!

This place was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their was 16 in our group and everyone had a great time there. Each room was very clean upon checking in. The property was well maintained including the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Enjoyed three weeks on Doljo in an authentic beach house. Sitting on the front porch, you can take in the beauty of the beach, without all the noise and tourists found on Alona. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the left, beach and wildlife to the right. The two 24/7 attendants on site were always friendly, available, providing a wealth of knowledge, as well as peace of mind. We plan on visiting Doljo Beach again

We stayed as a group of 7 and had the whole 2-storey house to ourselves. The layout was like 2 apartments apartment units: each floor has it own bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Parking is just enough for 1 vehicle. The place is clean and well maintained, towels were also provided. Caretakers were also very helpful and easy to talk to. Great stay and good price. Highly recommend this place.

The place is large and has all the basics of a house. It was clean and organised. We were greeted upon check in which saved us from finding the place by ourselves. It is very close to Moadto Strip Mall which has shops and diners, and an access to the public beach which has a stunning view and powdery sands. The homestay staff was also helpful in giving us directions and in helping us get a ride to our destinations. We had a comfortable stay.

A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!

Hi! We had a great stay at John's house. It was lovely and roomy with comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were good. The rooftop garden was kept beautifully and was a lovely retreat. John was always friendly and helpful and quick to respond to communication.

This place is scenic, great view of the beach and the island across. The house is super clean with four bedrooms - each with own t/b. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Even the kitchen is fully equipped. The House of Nature is indeed a wonderful place to stay. For me, this place is a SUPERHOST. To Ms Emie, daghang salamat Ma’am.. We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Just a heads-up: the property isn’t located right on the main road in Basdiot, so you’ll need a vehicle or can easily hire a trike to get around. There’s also a public beach within walking distance from the house, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience!
