Open a bi-fold window bringing in the gorgeous ocean views and letting streams of fresh air and light glide across polished hardwood floors and chic furnishings within this sparkling home. Cook breakfast in a glossy, minimalist kitchen before taking a short stroll to the beach. Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

We had a wonderful, long stay at Cathy’s place. It was an amazing location in a safe street for our kids. We loved how close it was to the beach and Cathy was a perfect host. We felt very welcome and loved the view of the lake. It is a spacious and relaxing space and the pool is beautiful too!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, amazing views and had everything you’d need for a perfect getaway. The beds were super comfy, and it was such a great location. The apartment itself was really clean and tidy! We’d book back in a heartbeat! We loved that we could check in late at night because of flights & it was really easy to find, had the sun been shining, we’d have taken full advantage of the pool area! Make sure if you stay, you check out The Booley for coffee just down the road! So close to Mooloolaba (we even walked it in the rain!) and easy peasy to get to Sunshine Plaza too. Thanks so much to Cat and Rubes who also helped us during our stay.

Was a terrific property with great bonuses not advertised for a toddler ie high chair / table and chairs. Location was sensational to walk to shops and restaurants and the beach which was the main advantage naturally. Thanks for having us - we will be back!
