A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Ayman’s property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth, and the team was incredibly supportive throughout. Staying at Mohamed's place(s) has been good in general: he and his father are really friendly people, always responsive through messages or calls (you can count on them). The greatest advantage has been able to check in late (was able to check in during previous stays at 1-2 AM) due to late flight arrivals and taking taxis. Appreciate that a lot, always been very convient to our situation... Also appreciate the fact that there are clean bedsheets and pillowcases provided.

It has been a great stay in this beautiful and well equipped apartment with sea view. Everything necessary was to hand. The neighbourhood is very lively and full of restaurants and bars, the apartment, however, is super quiet. Mahmoud has been a great host and even managed my unexpected night time arrival. I can only recommend booking his place. Thank you very much for a great (and first) stay in Alexandria!

I loved this flat! ❤️ It was in a great location in town, and had a warm, comfortable feeling. It was large with a great view from the balconies and had many amenities—not to mention a huge kitchen.
