Au cœur de notre propriété, nous louons un pavillon de charme oriental, indépendant, dans les jardins luxuriants et exotiques d'une villa du 19e siècle, située dans le quartier résidentiel et très prisé du Marshan au centre de Tanger, 10 minutes à pied de la Kasbah . Grande piscine privée à partager avec les propriétaires. La villa "Amazonas" est située dans un périmètre royal, donc extrêmement sécurisé. Stationnement facile. Petit déjeuner (à partir de 08h30), ménage et linge de maison inclus.

Baño, salón-cocina y precioso patio privado de 20m cerrado, protegido del viento, donde poder disfrutar de maravillosas veladas de verano.

Desde la terrraza se contemplan vistas sobre el casco antiguo de Tarifa y en días claros se ven las montañas de Marruecos. NO se permite fiestas ni eventos (se tiene detectores de ruido monitorizado por proveedor de seguridad externo).

¡Te damos la bienvenida a este moderno apartamento, perfecto para relajarte y descubrir la zona! A solo 10 min del centro y 1,5 km del puerto (20 min a pie), tendrás comercios y un centro comercial a 800 m, además de la playa a 10 min en coche. Gibraltar y Tarifa están a 20 min en coche. Para hasta 4 personas, cuenta con una habitación doble y amplio sofá cama para cuatro, cocina equipada, cuenta con Aire acondicionado, lavadora, gran calentador, patio y entrada autónoma.
