Very nice well-equipped apartment only inconvenience the work around the residence which is very numerous

Dalila was responsive and her agent Faisal responds quite fast to requests. Dalila’s apartment is located in a building close to a small beach. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped like a home kitchen and not a chalet kitchen. The apartment is decorated with good taste and the linen, towels and pillows were clean. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Faisal was very accommodating and helpful in explaining the amenities in the residence. We will come back.

Nice apartment. Nadia also took care to tell us the terms and gave us her contact details to check that everything is ok. Elevator, accessible for the elderly and with disabilities. The apartment is clean with clean linens. The apartment is close to the sea and beaches but difficult to access during this time. There are shops nearby and catering. Despite cool weather, it was nice in the apartment. The shower room and toilet work well. There were 6 of us with 3 kids and 1 grandmother. Overall, we found our stay perfect. Thank you.

I had a great time at this place. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding is quality, the kitchen has everything you need and wifi is a plus. The neighborhood is quiet, while being close to shops and places to visit. The owner and his wife were very welcoming, available and responsive to all my questions. As a bonus we had a great welcome dish, we really appreciated the gesture. I would definitely recommend this listing and would not hesitate to come back!

Kahina and her dad were very responsive and welcoming. The accommodation is ideally located, with a great view of the sea, very easy access and close to the beach, pure happiness! In terms of peace of mind, you're all set. I don't have a vehicle, I walked to the sea admiring the view which is magnificent and to go back up there are minibuses, shops are nearby open until late at night and what reassured me the most is being with a family if you need anything they are on the floor below, the place is safe and well frequented frankly I recommend it 100% 👍🏼

hello super welcoming hosts, very responsive and patient. we had time on the road. The hosts were super accommodating . Very attentive, and with the desire to make the stay as pleasant as possible. the space is functional. We only stayed 3 days so a lot to visit. the listing is close to everything. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance . and especially the boulevard overlooks Mostaland Park,Drive in terminal.eat, nearby beaches By car from great panoramas . the home has a dining room 1 bedroom 3 people easy and a spacious open plan kitchen. parking is functional , even if the vehicle can stay outside without fear. to be done again thank you for everything. And thank you to the son who took care of the directions.

We stayed in Nazim's apartment from May 25 to 30, 2025 and do not regret it. Very clean, bright, spacious apartment, with all the amenities, we did not miss anything, the apartment is very well located, in front of the Chapuis beach on the Corniche, a magnificent view of the beach from the large balcony, and the splendid sunrise. Very secure residence with 2 pleasant caretakers, guarded parking day and night where I was able to park the rental car, everything is in accordance with the listing. Nazim is pleasant and responds immediately to messages which made my stay pleasant. I have booked apartments on Annaba several times and Nazim's is the best, I found my home away from home on Annaba. We have had a warm welcome. The bungalow is very clean, which allowed us to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice coffee machine. It is secure and the surroundings are well kept by the gardener. Fantastic veranda with a hamac and great views on the sea. Communication with the owners was easy and they always checked that we had everything we needed. Thanks

Beautiful apartment in Staouleli. The decor is tastefully designed. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Host Hana is very approachable, responsive and friendly. It was a pleasure to connect with her. The apartment makes you want to stay there. The views are great. There are 2 car locations. The city center is a 3mn drive, 10-15mn walk. The neighborhood is residential and secure. It may be necessary to do work in the bathroom and put a shower in place of the bath but it is a detail.
